There are no words for this illegal tax dodging place that calls themselves a business. Promised delivery for 2 days I had to sleep on the floor . I had 6 different numbers ringing me didn't know who I was talking to. When the bed finally come i got the delivery driver to put the bed up where we noticed a hole in the material he took a video of it and said they would just send a new part out . I have been constantly sending texts and have been ignored time and time again . Then one of them answered me and said a hole in the material is not a problem and I wasn't getting a new part his attitude stunk .just getting ignored I think trading standards need notified about this place it's definitely dodgy. Avoid at all costs you ll avoid a lot of stress. The bed is crap and cheaply made wasn't worth a penny of my money. I would have gave it zero stars as one star is way too many . Avoid avoid avoid absolute disgusting behaviour from all of them the place needs closed down .

I ordered beds from this company and paid cash on delivery. The items delivered were not suitable in size, so I contacted them immediately to arrange a simple exchange.
Since then, I have made multiple calls and sent several messages on WhatsApp — all of which have been completely ignored. Calls are being cut off, and there has been zero customer support.
This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business. Once they receive payment, they seem to have no interest in resolving customer issues.
I gave them plenty of time to respond before writing this review, but they chose not to.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company — especially if you expect any after-sales support

So im a victim of this horrendous company. Gave me the wrong bed and when my husband was building it the bits of wood meant to be slats where soaking wet. Ignored my WhatsApp messages.

Very unhappy customer. They blocked me on fb messenger the day after id complained about the wrong bed being delivered. So here I am writing to warn others not to bother ordering from dishonest people. There was no where on your fb page for me to leave an honest review so here I am commenting on your post instead because I am not happy at all with the customer service I have received so far. You deliverd the wrong bed yesterday after it being delayed by one day already. My order was for a small double instead I receive a single bed with same color buttons instead of diamonds ones as per my original order. I have called and messaged the number which text me about my delivery yet no response. The persons you have here sitting on messenger need further customer service training firstly Im not his "mate" as per the msgs he sent, secondly no apology or acknowledgement or what you will do to resolve my issue just to wait for a representative to contact me? Really? How long will that take? How will u resolve this issue? How do I go about cancelling my order and getting a refund because I'm not happy with your service? I'm still waiting for someone to contact me back. I feel like I have been robbed and fobbed off. I asked for a good quality mattress expecting memory foam or something of good quality and what I received instead is a cheap low quality spring mattress which is very uncomfortable with springs already poking out. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Still waiting for your "representative to contact me back and take this as my complaint and poor feedback .. Thank you.

I received my bed. Once upon opening I discovered problem after problem.
Firstly no bracket for the middle plank on the foot board, no feet on the bed as shown- the bed just sits on the floor, the pattern is all uneven and different sizes where the design is on my head board, there is damage to to wood/ripped material on the side of the bed. Then when I thought all the problems were over I opened up the mattress for it to be soaking wet and stinking! Messaged sellers with no reply! Scammers stay well clear!!

After delivery I opened the badly battered boxes "sadly ordering two beds" I noticed a part missing straight away, my partner immediately tried to contact them, so I made up the other bed which was damaged on one side.after numerous texts nothing.cash on delivery obvious tax evasion no receipt no come back, be warned

Fuming with my bed. It’s nothing like the pictures. Firstly, It came with no screws to assemble to start off with so I had to go out and buy screws etc. when I finally got the bed up it’s really small. I feel like I’m lying on the floor because it’s so low.
Most definitely not what’s pictured.

Once bed is delivered they completely ignore you even when I asked about the missing screws.
Also if that isn’t bad enough, The quality is terrible. So thin and weak. My daughter is only 2 and I can’t let her jump on it as I’m scared it will snap. Just to top it off there are nowhere near enough slats provided for under the mattress. They wont answer any calls or txs messages and even blocked me on Facebook messenger so I can’t write a review. The company is borderline scam! I’d give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely livid

I ordered super king size bed. They delivered wrong size mattress and solid board was of different size. Delivery man was rude. Quality of bed was nice. But everything was of different size. If anyone will order bed from them then let them assemble Because there is more chance of getting wrong mattress, wrong size, wrong size of slats.

Very bad quality and bed smells so bad I did wash and the quality is giving me headaches smelling very disgusting I did call him text him he not responded back I just wanted him to take back the bed make all my house smell terrible now have to pay someone to throw the bed and I wasted the money for no reason very bad service mattress very cheap and bad not worth

They supplied me wrong mattress and faulty bed.i understand that the company has been closed. They are using useing different names of the company. I am victim of this company.

They took the money and we got a broken mattress.

Ordered a plush velvet bed to be delivered and i was at work. They delivered a Temu cheap bed and it was not velvet plush. I tried contacting them via whatsapp and they’re not replying. They are trash beds. Do not deal with these scammers! They deserve zero stars! I am not happy.

Awful to deal with sent wrong item and now won't communicate at all and have kept my money

Bad company, bad quality of mattresses and don’t reply when you have a problem

Received my bed last week due to work commitments I couldn't put it together until today only to find it damaged. I asked fir them to exchange it it but they won't reply

Ordered a bed back in November 2019 for delivery before Christmas and despite the order confirmation they failed to deliver. After several protracted communications with the company they eventually agreed to provide a full refund and only received it in January this year.

Avoid this company at all costs. They don't publish a landline number and their site does not adhere to British distance selling regulations.
