Got my order lost on their system... took over 5 weeks to get delivery of my laptop. In the end, it was not the spec I originally ordered.

Delivery came earlier than expected, the MacBook Air was in really good nic. The computer was not the model that was advertised (M1 MacBook Air, 16Gb, 256Gb). Instead I received M1 MacBook Air, 8Gb, 256Gb. They offered a return as they didn't have the advertised model. I decided to keep it anyway.
It seems this might be a tactic used to get rid of some models.

Excellent service from Mac Store UK - I bought a refurbished computer from them and liked it so much I bought a second one.

I would recommend Mac Store UK and would definitely use them again.

The first refurbished mac I purchased has a fault which showed quickly (less than one week) which was disappointing and frustrating as I needed a reliable computer for work.

However, Clare talked through the various options for return that were available and in the end I opted for a refund and bought another refurb Mac book. Three weeks in and no problems at all with the second machine - I’m really pleased with it. The refund was handled promptly and smoothly and dealing with Mac Store staff has always been easy - good customer service, no waiting on hold, efficient communication - thank you very much!

All praise must go to Claire Pearson, who exemplifies what it is to provide exceptional customer service. Faultless. Went above and beyond. Polite, friendly, and should absolutely get a bonus/raise/small house in the country as a reward. And coffee. Lots of coffee. And a puppy maybe. Perhaps even some chocolate.

I'd give zero stars if it was possible. They attemped to defraud me by sending me a product with lower configurations and not the one I paid for. I purchased a refurbished Macbook Air with M1 chip, 16 GBs of RAM for 986 Euros. First the delivery was delayed and they shipped the package way later than they promised. Then when I finally received my package after 11 days I saw that they sent me a completely different device with different colour, keyboard and 8 GB of RAM. Even the unused/new Macbook Airs are cheaper than this. If I didn't check the system configurations the moment I received the Macbook I could have been easily tricked into thinking it was just a Macbook of different colour. This is I guess their way to defraud people with less digital literacy.

Claire was super helpful with my inquiry and got one of the tech guys to check over the machine to ensure there weren't any screen issues. With her help I felt confident to order there and then for what I considered to be a good price. No problems with the process and machine delivered next day. It's in much better condition than I thought it might be (based on their grading) so I'm very pleased. Can't fault one year warranty and 30 days return if not happy. Would definitely recommend.

All went great. Happy with the purchase.

I am happy with their service but they should careful when you buy a item that comes at first faulty to send it back to them for repair it once moreover as this is annoying while obviously you know that yourself got 30 days return and 1 year warranty nevertheless.
