Did not receive order from Dec 2025. Have emailed numerous times. Different answer each time. Promised refund in March 2026 after them acknowledging order was lost in transit. Now they state order was delivered and I should approach local postal company (7 months after order). Terrible customer service - full of apologies but nothing else. Significant delays in replies to emails also.
Update: The reply to my review by magnetchess is yet another rehash of the emails previously sent to me with no resolution/refund of a lost order. All evidence has been submitted to them yet they request the same to be submitted again. Terrible customer service still.

Best Game!!!
This company’s game is so much fun! I had gotten one from another company before, and it wasn’t nearly as good.
There were some hiccups with delivery during last Christmas when I ordered it, but they worked it out just fine.
This is definitely the best!

This is the biggest scam ever!
This is the biggest scam ever!! I ordered in November and still get things asking if I received my package. I received a 15% off email I laugh!! Today I receive a 10% discount. Plus told to go to the lost package department of the post office to get a certificate and once they receive it, they’ll take it to the next department to decided if I didn’t receive it. I don’t want to give them even a star. THIS IS A SCAM !!

Do not buy from this company. I placed the order on December 9. It was shipped on January 8 and I did not get it until January 23. They refused to give me a refund. And then five months later, sent me an email asking me about my experience. What a joke.

I was very sceptical when I saw this advertised on facebook, but I thought if I use PayPal and if something goes wrong I can get my money back, but I didn’t have to do that because I received the items. Their after sale support is great as they reached out to me to see if I have received the item yet. I did receive it and now I carry one with me all the time as I bought three sets. Great fun! Fun Game/No Issues
I had no issues with the company. Shipped in a reasonable time and the game while simple is a lot of fun. Well at least for competitive types. The first two sets I ordered have become my partners, and just ordered some more for when the larger friends group comes over.

UPDATE 05/11/2026: I did these three things and informed them of all three to get my money back. It wasn't easy, but it worked:
1) Disputed the charge with my bank's credit card.
2) Posted this negative review below.
3) Submitted evidence to the Better Business Bureau regarding the fraudulent transactions this company engages in.
My funds got credited back to me this morning. It pays to fight. And never order from this bogus outfit. They are only out to screw you out of your hard-earned money!
Total scam! I ordered 5 weeks ago and no product has ever arrived. Multiple e-mails sent and only one response "We will review..." I am now disputing the $49 charge for 2 sets and trying to get my money back through my credit card company.

Five months after ordering and still…
Five months after ordering and still haven't received my order. Magnetchess confirmed it was lost with the courier and one email stated they would issue a refund to my credit card but it too never showed up. They continue to apologize via email and claim the refund could take a while depending on my card issuer. Tried explaining it has been 3 months since told the refund was issued.

Edit: MagnetChess have replied below with a cut and paste message that I have received several times during the course of our correspondence. I seriously dispute their claim that they went viral and can't keep up with the orders. I am constantly bombarded by new emails trying to promote the product. I have still not received my original order after 7 months. Why keep sending new offers when they can't fulfil the old ones? So many people have been disappointed by MagnetChess, please do not order from them.

A fun game for all ages
A fun game for all ages! My order went 'missing' and we could not find it although we were told it was delivered. Customer service had been busy and after many emails they followed up the courier who sent photos that showed the date of delivery and location for delivery. No other courier has ever dropped a parcel there before. It was well wrapped and was still in perfect condition months after delivery. Thank you Magna chess for following up. They are at the mercy of the courier in many cases. We love the game, easy to carry around and play anywhere.

Great quality and a fun product - but allow for extended shipping time
I ordered 2 sets a few weeks prior to Christmas and I would recommend them to everyone! They arrived in good condition and they are a great, fun activity for my kids and us to play. My only issue has been the shipping. They arrived much later than the delivery date quoted. The follow up from customer care has been good overall, with my queries responded to in a timely manner. I would say that the shipper let down the company, in my case, and promised unrealistic delivery times. So until the shipper is changed, my recommendation is not to expect this to arrive on time, so plan ahead!!
