I feel cheated. Terrible company to deal with.

My order no. 112189 dated 14 December 25 has never been delivered. I have sent numerous enquiring emails and been via their "contact us" link to enquire about what is happening. NOT ONCE HAVE I HAD ANY SORT OF REPLY! After 2 plus months still nothing! My only recommendation is DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Had to lodge dispute with bank as they…

Had to lodge dispute with bank as they refused to answer emails regarding cancelling within their policies. Refused to provide return address after multiple emails.
*edited to respond to reply- I have an email trail with responses stating cancelling would not occur because you replied after the timeframe. Company will drag out email communication to ensure customer gives up.
Bank dispute was successful.

Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. It’s now Feb 19th and still getting copy and paste answers about delivery. Pretty sure it’s a scam. Not sure I will ever get the game.

Horrendous Service

Delivered to the wrong address after an 6 week delay in postage due to poor stock management. Horrendous customer service as them blamed everyone for it but themselves.

They have not sent replacements or refunded my money. Wish I could give them a 0/5

If I could rate any lower I would

If I could rate any lower, I would.
It took 4 weeks before they even apparently sent the package.
Needless to say it never arrived even though I was home all day the date they said it was delivered.

Their only response keeps being contact the courier with the tracking number. Unfortunately the courier company website isnt in English which makes it near impossible to do anything more.
Their next suggestion is to take it up with local authority.

Happy to take your money but item likely will never make it.

Appalling

Appalling. I ordered this game as a Christmas gift. It didn’t arrive. I had endless messages from couriers saying it was coming the next day……
In January I was contacted by Vanessa to ask if we had received the game. (I had contacted them by email the day before) I said no and she promised to look into this.
The courier emails started again, ‘Your delivery is coming tomorrow’. Like for little orphan Annie tomorrow was always a day away.
I contacted Vanessa again on a number of occasions and she has disappeared into a black hole.
No game and no refund.
Do not touch with a barge pole

LONG delays in receiving order coupled with fraudulent shipping label from the sender…

Like many others, from the time I placed my order until the time it arrived (not to my house…more on that…), it took about a month and a half. I placed the order just before Christmas and it didn’t arrive until February 4th. When the order did arrive, it was held at the post office for fraudulent postage… i.e. the shipper created a fraudulent label. When I originally ordered the game (2 sets), shipping was supposed to be free…smh. I had to go to the post office and pay the shipping before I could actually pick up my order.
I hope the game turns out to be fun, otherwise, I’ve wasted time and effort for nothing.
I would advise against ordering from this company.

Upon reading of your product and orders placed by customers, I learnt that very little communication was forth coming regarding delivery. I found with my order the communication was satisfactory and was pleased to receive an approx. date of delivery and product duly arrived around that date.

The order took about 3 weeks to arrive. I ordered 2 20 piece sets. Glad I did. 20 pieces with 2 people isn't enough. The pieces are smaller than pictured but they are high quality, well finished and very magnetic. The game is really fun for everyone.

Terrible company. Ordered mid December and still haven’t received the order. Communication is non existent… they just ignore your emails. I’ve asked for a refund but much like my order I’m sure that will never turn up. For my own entertainment I email them every day now just to be annoying !

Thought it was a scam

Thought it was a scam!
Ordered on 7th of December in lead up to Christmas. Thought that might be enough time (over 2 weeks to get before Christmas). Got an initial email but with minimal detail. Waited a few weeks before contacting. They are very good at sending you emails with minimal details to say it’s coming soon (yeah right)…
2nd of Jan “your order will arrive soon”!
10th Jan received email “did you receive your order”… they hadn’t even sent it yet… no emails with tracking reference received.
I then actually sent them a nicely worded email threatening reporting them to ACCC and that I was about to embark on an internet campaign to discredit their product & service and that I’m retired with nothing else to do. Next day (surprise surprise) I get an email from Australia Post with tracking number.
Then “crickets” for another week. They set up the tracking reference again to buy them more time!
We thought we’d done our money and was about to claim on our credit card purchase insurance but much to our surprise they arrived approx 2 months after purchase.
Would NEVER buy from the company again!
Oh… and now after reading reviews they are deemed dangerous and you should keep them away from your kids! Lucky they are for our caravan and they grandkids not on the horizon for at least the next few years!
NOT WORTH THE GRIEF GUYS… not worth the grief! 😉

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Tried to cancel ahead of very late shipping to be told it was too late even though the website said it could be cancelled if it hadn't shipped (which it had not) . Received eventually but on trying to return it no response to multiple requests for return detail. By ignoring me I'm forced to give up which seems to be the working strategy. Plenty of similar items on Amazon so avoid this company at all costs
Update - I had a reply to this review from Magnetchess asking me to get in touch to sort it out. I did ....and never heard from them. Amazing

Avoid this scam and illegal product

I made order through the site. Recieved no communication within the timeframe listed on the website for shipping. After researching and confirming it was a scam, I contacted them multiple times across multiple channels to cancel the order and request a refund. I also discovered that the product they are selling is illegal in Australia due to the high-powered magnets and its classification as a children's game. Hence, false advertising that it is a game for the whole family. I eventually received shipping information 4 weeks after ordering, and after I contacted customer support to request cancellation. It wasn't until I opened a PayPal case that I ended up with any response from them, and even then, it wasn't until the day after it arrived. When I contacted them, they just sent proof of delivery like they were waiting until after it was here to do anything. Then they want me to send it back at my expense ($49 shipping), and they would only refund me if they deem it arrived safely. No guarantee to me. Please avoid.

Shocking experience

Shocking experience as like so many others. Ordered 5th Dec for Christmas. Advised of delays. Advised they tried to deliver 29/12 but no safe place to leave. Total bull…13 of us there that day and even if that were not the case there are multiple safe spots to leave it. Contacted the company twice before a brief response. On 2nd contact I asked for a refund as game was for Christmas. Their team ignored this and told me they’d resent. A bit later I received a tracking number which once clicked went nowhere. Have emailed twice since. Total silence. Luckily I’ve only wasted $35 but HATE being scammed. AVOID this company!
