I did order for Christmas but was not…

I did order for Christmas but was not worried that it wasn't to arrive until after. I saw the ad,it looked like fun. My grandchildren don't even play the game they just have fun watching the magnets attach themselves.
When it came it came no problem here.

I ordered these for Christmas presents in October 2025. (I am an early shopper.) They arrived in time for Christmas. 😊
My father's 86 year-old friend wanted a set so I ordered several more for him and my father's other buddies. I had no issues with the delivery time. Once I got confirmation that they were on the way I just waited patiently. Very pleased with the product.

STILL Never received-Scam

Update-12/12/25 I was charged 44.10 & .44 from Magnetchess Stockholm SEUS & international fee# 507436. 12/16/25 i was charged 39.00 & .39 from the same (fee# 264750). The fees were taken out of my account. These were messages I received from them. 1/27- moving thru delivery network, Vanessa. 2/21 Following up on order, Ana. 3/6 Lost in transit, Daniella. 3/9 If I'm happy tell trust pilot and mention Daniella's name. 3/16 Order on it's way, delivery 1-3 weeks maybe sooner, Daniella.3/24 Already shipped- cannot cancel-Dani 3/25 Shipment has not moved in some time- lost in transit-Dani 3/31 Sorry lost- resending. Experiencing unusually high number of orders and small percentage were affected by carrier issues or lost in transit- Emma
This company has strung me along for 5 months! How is it possible my orders got lost 3 times? This has never happened in the 30 years we've lived in this neighborhood! Great customer service

I ordered several sets & they took "forever" to arrive BUT their follow up from customer service was outstanding! They sent several emails, even months afterward, to make sure that my sets had arrived. Not many companies would care enough to do that!

STILL NOT RECEIVED - 3 months on

I ordered the MagnetChess set on the 27th December 2025 and kept an eye on the tracking of it. My order has still not been received and when I look up the tracking number it says its been too long and has been closed off. They keep sending me emails asking how my purchase was received and I keep sending them one back saying I want a refund. Ive had enough now. Im not following up anymore they can just keep my money. I hope no one every buys anything from them again. Extremely disappointed in service

If I could give this company a negative…

If I could give this company a negative review I would. It’s been 4 months of back and forth emails, always stating that they are checking with the courier. Tracking numbers never work.
After constant emails and requests for refunds (which they refuse to do), I assume I will never see the product and my money is long gone.

This was a last minute Christmas gift so I waited for ages for it to be delivered; at one point I thought I had been scammed! I asked for a refund and Daniela was great about the process. REPORT TO FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION

Note their response below: click on their website. Try to find on the wesite a link to customer service. There is none. Also via email I have requested a refund several times. I never received an order number or a tracking number. They just say "we have proof it was delivered" but there could be no proof since it was never delivered. Please do not purchase from this company. They are a scam.
I wish I could rate less then 1 star. This company is obviously a scam. Yet I keep getting adds sent to me, how are they still in business? I've requested my money back but of course that isn't going to happen. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and I recommend everyone who has been ripped off do the same.
