Don't bother ordering this - it won't arrive
The same as everyone else - ordered on 14 December, have received a series of emails stating that the product is on its way, asking me to rate the company and then thanking me for my order. I have received nothing. I requested a full refund last week on the back of receiving nothing and the 'tracking link' telling me my order was still in China. I then received an email asking me to rate the game. Reading other people's reviews I can only think this company is a scam. Don't bother.

If I could rate this at -1 I would. One of the worst customer communications ever. Its now mid January, no receipt of goods ordered on 8 December. There's always the promise of "its coming" but failure to deliver seems a mantra of this organisation. Stay away, save your money, but more importantly, save your anxiety for something worthwhile. This business does not deserve your money, your thoughts or your ultimate anger.

Avoid. Ordered 4 weeks ago and still not in transit
Today is Jan 12th. I placed an order on Dec 11th. Tracking information says my order was only processed on Dec 25th. Checking in today shows my order just processed in the outbound facility in China today. Seriously can't see how it can take well over 4 weeks to get an order out. Have emailed the company twice and not had a response. Regardless of the product, will not be ordering from this company again.

Not worth the social media hype. Very long delivery time.
Very long delivery time. Over 5 weeks and missing Christmas. Only one email saying it would be delayed in the first week. No further communication despite me emailing. No tracking once it was despatched. Once received the pieces are smaller than the photos on the website and the paint finish was incomplete on some of them.

Ordered early December
Ordered early December. Kept getting shipping notices but when looking at tracking, it wasn’t moving. Then read reviews that this company is a scam. So I put in a dispute with PayPal, and did get my money back. Still received shipping notices. Now the links in their emails don’t work at all. Glad I used PayPal and got my money back. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company. Delivery times do not match what is stated at the time of ordering. Their website suggested delivery on 23rd Dec for an order placed on 20th Dec. Nothing has arrived (12th Jan). Customer service is terrible - I stand by this - their reply below is 4 months late.
Update: the item finally arrived about 6 weeks after it was expected. They claim to be a legitimate company (below) but are over promising and under delivering. Would never buy from them again.

I placed my order for MagnetChess on 12/8/2025. I received an email on 12/20/2025 stating my order had shipped. Received an email on 12/28/2025 stating my order will arrive soon. Received a email on 1/2/2026 requesting a review of the product to which I sent a notice of non-receipt of order on the same day. On 1/5/2026 and 1/11/2026, I sent a request for notice of non-receipt of product and requested a full refund. I still have not received a refund or any answers to my emails.
I belive this company to be a scam because they do not send the order, they do not respond to emails (which is the only way to contact) and they keep your money when requesting a refund for non-receipt of order.

Like so many, this looked like a great Christmas game for the family. Nope. Jan 10th and the tracking number says the order still hasn't left China. Two days earlier, got an email "...wanted to make sure you received your order." Contact us. I did. Nada. No chance at cancel. A return/refund will cost you and take up to 90 days. MagnetChess may not be a total scam, but they are definitely NOT what they claim to be.

about Jan. 5 or 6, 2026. It’s ok for new entrepreneurs to stumble into demand over their heads. But they need to send out more explanation of where things stand. No one will trust them again this way. It looks like one big scam.

UPDATE APRIL 2026: I still have not recieved a refund. I was contacted by customer service via email but I was never given an order number or tracking number. Still waiting for refund. This company is a scam. I am a senior citizen and honestly, I believe this company is guilty of elder fraud or elder financial exploitation, in my case.
