3 months of waiting since placing order, very little communication, 1 apology and still no show on the order of 4 sets that were meant to be Christmas presents. TOTAL SCAM, they take your money and don’t fulfill orders. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Update: another month has passed, no show on my order, no refund, and no further communication from them.
Update 11 April 2026, MagnetChess have been in touch by email and I have replied. Still no indication whatsoever of whether the order is going to be fulfilled or even if they will refund my money. If either happens i will update my review but for now it still stands.

I had seen this product on Insta etc…
I had seen this product on Insta etc and it looked like good fun. I checked the reviews and they were pretty bad but i was prepared to take the risk ‘cause I know there’s a lot of whingey c~nts that expect too much for online purchases!
Yes it took a while to arrive, but that’s expected from bumf~ck China to Aus by ship. The magnet pieces are smaller than they appear on the ads but Maccas etc do the same all the time with their advertising. I saw a review saying you need two bags because the string boundary is too big?…just tie the string into a smaller boundary. I doubt this game would be able to be legally sold in Aus as it’s a definite swallowing hazard for kids and could do a lot of damage. The pieces a very magnetic! Don’t buy if you have kids but otherwise I’m happy with my purchase.

Same story as everyone else
Same story as everyone else. Ordered two games December 8, and as of today, 1/23/26 I have not received them. Don't bother trying to email as they don't respond. Count me in if a class action suit is brought against MagnetChess.
UPDATE: The two games I ordered on 12/8 showed up on 2/30/26! Do Not, I repeat, DO NOT buy this game. For 2 bucks go to any toy store and buy the same magnets and use an old shoe string.

I purched magnetchess early december-25 for x-mass present as the add mentioned delivery before x-mass.. it was a x-mass present for my son and it is now late January -26 and the item has still not been delivered.

Is it a scam?
Ordered on November 18th and still haven’t got my order. Contacted them in December and they said it was on the way. Now I have contacted them twice in the last weeks and no answer. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced.

STILL WAITING.
STILL WAITING.. .I ordered this game on 12/15/2025 and as of today, 01/22/2026, I still have not received my order. Furthermore, I cannot even track my order. Worst of all, I have emailed the company 3 or 4 separate times seeking a status update on my order and I can't even get them to respond to me. Horrible customer service. I would rate them zero stars if I could.
UPDATE: My order finally arrive today, 01/27/26. Haven't played it yet, so can't tell you if it's worth the wait, but at least I did receive it.

The shipping time is terrible. It’s a 6-7 week wait.
Like many I thought it was a scam but after a number of emails I did get them and happy.

Never received my order from Dec 8!!
I ordered two sets of the Magnetchess "game" on Dec 8 2025 and as of Jan 21 2026 I still have not received them. I received an email saying it was shipped, but it never came. I sent two messages through their "Contact Us" link and received no reply. I replied to an email and told them I want a refund, but no reply. The link to see your order/shipping status takes you to a "this site does not exist" page. TOTAL SCAM!!

Total scam - UPDATED
I ordered on December 6. As of January 21, my order has not arrived, and the shipping confirmation email I received contains non-working links. No response from customer service. Total scam. UPDATE: Starting in February, I received multiple emails in response to my customer service inquiries from December. It seems they have no system of tracking when an order issue is resolved because they kept asking me if my order had been delivered after I had confirmed that it had arrived 3 months after my purchase date. Starting in May, they started asking me to change the review I left here. Most recently, they offered me a refund in exchange for deleting this review and writing a positive one.

Avoid: Non-delivery and circular customer support
I placed an order (#100203) with MagnetChess on December 10, 2025. While I received a shipping notification on December 23, the item was never delivered.
When I reached out to report the non-delivery and express my frustration over the lack of transparency, the response I received was dismissive. Despite clearly providing my order number in my initial message, the representative (Mira) asked for it again, showing a complete lack of attention to my case.
It feels like a circular support loop designed to avoid addressing the fact that the product hasn’t arrived. I have been forced to file a dispute with my credit card company. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

***UPDATE*** Finally today after waiting 2 months and 10 days I finally received my Magnet Chess order!! I was ready to give up and accept the fact that I was ripped off . I just wish that the company was a little better at communicating with their customers, to keep them informed about any potential delays of their definitely. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I placed my order on December 11th and still haven’t received it. And it is impossible to contact their customer service, their link for comments does not work. Funny thing is that I keep getting emails from them to purchase more games!

AVOID - delayed arrival and small pieces!
Ordered Dec 13 for Christmas. Arrived Jan 15th. Way too late. Deceptive and misleading pictures make pieces seem MUCH bigger than they are - disappointed with small size. No response from feedback email. You can pay $60 for 2x sets or get one on sale at Best Buy.ca for $10. Feel ripped off with huge delay and misrepresented size of pieces. AVOID!
