Shocking service poor product

Ordered this set on December 7th as a Christmas gift, we followed it up on 23rd Dec, it was dispatched on 26th December but only arrived on 16th Jan. Absolutely not acceptable, they claimed to be a small family run business in England?????
The game arrived, and is half the size shown on some photos. What a scam not worth €35 and child never received the gift on time.

Order was not delivered, try to contact but did not get a reply

Unfortunately I never received my order. I tried to contact the shop twice, but also never got a reply. I will request a refund, but I am afraid I just lost my money. It is quite frustrating.

Exceptionally slow delivery

Was exceptionally slow to be both shipped and then delivered.
3 weeks after ordering, I had to chase up why it hadn’t been shipped. Got shipped 2 days later. Then took another 3 weeks to be delivered.
Was just glad to have actually received the product.
Would not recommend ordering from this group

It finally arrived

After my previous review about this product I just wanted to advise that it was not a scam but it did take about 6 weeks to get the product and also I had to follow up via email twice. Product when it arrived is good and as described.

If you order this item be prepared for…

If you order this item be prepared for a very challenging experience as you will spend weeks if not months tracking your parcel around mainland China and when you finally contact tracking agents they ask multiple questions before offering a 1 to 1 response with a computer technician who will charge you another 5 dollars. At this point if not before I recommend cancelling by your bank to avoid them trying to charge a cancellation fee. Total waste of time and similar items available elsewhere much cheaper

Order never arrived!

I ordered 3 sets of this game, one for each of my kids for Christmas. The order never arrived. Not only that when I try to access the tracking for the delivery or their website, I am blocked. What a scam!!! No email explaining the delay or anything. They just took the money and ran!

Haven't received product

Ordered this product through FaceBook advertisement for Christmas however not received the product. Only an email to state it is on its way. In Australia a similar product was recalled due to issues with the magnet - tried to contact them to advise I wanted to cancel the order but no response. Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. Assumed I'd been scammed as the item took so long to come and communication was terrible. Ordered early December, didnt receive any correspondence from them despite emailing until email received on 25th Dec saying item shipped. Item didn't arrive until 15th Jan. Not worth the stress and wait.

I ordered on 11 December for Christmas…

I ordered on 11 December for Christmas presents. Now it is the 15th January and they still have not arrived. I have also learnt that they are not allowed in my country of Australia, as they are too small, and magnetic and a child could easily swallow them. If they were the size pictured there would be no problem, but they are very small (from reading other people's description on trust pilot). I have contacted the company 4 times and no response.

Don’t buy from them!

I guess my review is going to look like all others. I ordered a week before christmas, received an email on 12/22 saying there are a small family business and their video got a buzz online and they might not be able to produce and deliver on time ( which i could understand and excuses of this was true).
after three weeks of no updates, I emailed them three times, no answers, feeling this is a scam.

Ordered in early December of 2025. No product as of today, and no response from company after repeated inquiries. Avoid this company at all costs!

Update: the product finally arrived. I am going to leave this at one star due to the complete lack of customer service or response to repeated inquiries. I would suggest that if you want a product like this to look on Amazon and find something that appears to be readily available from a company that will actually respond to inquiry.

Don't waste your money

Buyer beware!!!
On December 5, I ordered 6 of these magnet chess games as Christmas gifts for friends and family. I could have ordered something similar from Amazon, but I decided to spend my money with a small business instead. On December 10, I received an "update email" informing me that the product had gone viral and, due to the increased demand, my order would take a little longer to arrive, but it would still be in time for Christmas. I was honestly happy for them (the small business), and didn't mind if it took a little longer as long as it arrived in time for Christmas. By December 24, my order had not arrived, so I reached out to the company and asked if the order had not been shipped to please refund my purchase.
On December 25, I received a shipping confirmation. I continued to wait for my purchase to arrive. On January 12, I reached out to the company again to request a refund as my order still hadn't arrived. Today, December 14, I received my order, and it is a complete disappointment. The game is 1/4 of what is shown on the website and in the ads. The game pieces measure about 1cm X 1cm. Not at all what I thought I was ordering.

Received the product

Received the product. The game is fun. I enjoyed playing it with my 10,7 year old sons.
Shipping took longer but I figured it is around Christmas & expected delays.The pouch contains about 20 magnets I think, each size of a dime. Pouch fits size of palm. Paid $50 CAD with shipping to Canada. Pricey but hearing my younger kid giggle when the magnets attract , it was worth the wait for me. I'll cherish these memories.
