If I could leave negative stars I would. Ordered on 12/06/2025. Was supposed to receive before Christmas. It's now January 14 and I have received a "tracking" number that takes me to a 404 page. I have reported it to my financial institution as a fraudulent company.

No communication for weeks, delivered after Christmas

I ordered on 8 December and received no shipping confirmation or communication for weeks, despite sending multiple follow-up emails. The order was intended as a Christmas gift and there was no response until I escalated the matter and mentioned a bank chargeback and ACCC.

Tracking was only provided after escalation. The product was eventually delivered on 14 January, well after Christmas.

To be clear, the product itself is good quality, which is why I’ve chosen to keep it. However, the customer service and communication were extremely poor and caused unnecessary stress and time spent chasing basic updates.

If communication had been timely and transparent, this would have been a very different experience. Based on service alone, I cannot recommend ordering unless you’re prepared for long delays and the need to escalate to get a response.

Scam

Scam, ordered and paid for , lied to , 8 weeks and it never arrived . They show on their website a trust pilot rating of 4.7 this is obviously a lie, as per the official Trust Pilot website their rating is 1.7. I’d say that not accurate as these fraudsters have probably created fake high ratings. They are fraudsters and criminals.
13/4/26 received a reply from these people who say their trust pilot rating is correct. Not on their website it isn’t as per this Trust Rating website their trust site rating is 1.7 and in my opinion that is likely boosted by fake reviews. So very poor whatever the case.

I bought magnetchess to play mainly…

I bought magnetchess to play mainly with my granddaughter. She's 7 year old and she loves it! My two adult sons also enjoy playing it.
It's simple to play, yet fun at the same time. I re- ordered another one so we could have more magnets to play with. Great idea, great game. Would recommend if you want to play a simple fun game across all generations.

DON'T PURCHASE!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! If I could give them a negative # of stars, I certainly would! Lured in by the product videos and promise of delivery before Christmas, I ordered on December 16th. Soon after I received an email from what sounded like a "family company" apologizing for being unable to mee the demand in time for Christmas. Disappointing, but pretty standard for 2025. Received a notice that it had shipped on December 24th, but in order to track it, I would have to download a sketchy looking Chinese app on my phone. First red flag right there. Second week of January, I received an email asking if I had received the product and was prompted to complete a Customer Service form if I was still awaiting delivery. I completed the form, but received no follow up except for an email asking me if I was enjoying the product?!? Tried again today to track the purchase, but none of the links are working. I wrote their Customer Service again and requested an immediate update, otherwise I will be calling my credit card company to refute the charge.

SCAM

Ordered early December and after a few weeks handn't received the game. Contacted them numerous times, ended up getting a reply after putting in a complaint through paypal and they sent the game. I am in Australia and have only just found out these games have been recalled for safety reasons anyway.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. It’s been weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received my product. Haven’t even received any update as to when I should expect to receive it. When I reached out the company for a refund, they just said it had already been shipped so they couldn’t refund me, but that I could send it back for a return once I receive it. 🙄 lowkey feel like I’ve been scammed.

Bedrijven kunnen reviews verzamelen via geautomatiseerde uitnodigingen. Deze reviews worden als geverifieerd bestempeld, omdat het evident is dat ze op echte ervaringen gebaseerd zijn.
