It is really helpful going through the process of the application from. I found the advisor (Louise Rusby, Cassie Coates) and the other staff who are contacting me are nice and supportive with easy explanation, as English is my second language. Keep it up.

As a first time buyer, buying on my own, the house buying and mortgage experience seemed very daunting at first. Thomas Hawley, my advisor, explained to me each part of the process, making it much easier and less stressful. He has been extremely helpful, subsequently leading to a mortgage offer.
