Excellent service by Mercia Garden products. Purchased 7 x 7 corner summerhouse. Excellent delivery by Vinny. Downloaded instruction for build and was easy to follow and assemble. Very pleased with how it was well made making it easy to put together. Quality is excellent. Exactly as described with no issues.

Do not order from this company if you actually want to receive it. I ordered a log cabin 28 days ago as a home bakery conversion project. Planned delivery (soonest was 28 days) so I booked the builder, kitchen to be delivered a few days later, work men, plasters etc etc and then they call me 4 days before it’s due for delivery to say that there’s production issues and it would be a further 6 weeks, cost me loads of money and no apology or explanation! So I’d highly recommend else where! I’m having mine built by a REPUTABLE company now one that will actually deliver and stick to their word. If I could give it no stars I would! Selling stock they don’t even have - outrageous.

Shed arrived and when looked at invoice I believed it was the wrong shed all documents stated 6x4 not the 12x8 I was expecting. It came with windows when requested windowless. Laid all components out and realised it was the right size. Started to construct the shed and OMG instructions very difficult to read and understand, there was several parts of the panels not even nailed up so had to repair, definitely a 2 man job and not too windy day. be very cautious of what you order and double check before they leave

Builder was unprofessional and left trash in our garden.
Did not do a good job with the assembly on the shed we bought.

First class from start to finish. Sales person very polite and helpful. Communication and updates about our delivery 5 🌟. Had to ring customer service to move our delivery date. They were extremely helpful and professional. Finally on the day of delivery, again first class. Logistics department brilliant as we could track our order. The delivery man was polite, helpful and very respectful of our property on the day. Would highly recommend this company.
The product purchased is very good quality, everything straightforward and a link online for helpful hints and tips. We would highly recommend their products. We shall definitely use Mercia again.

When ordered was 12 day delivery time got a email it was going to be a month. So i was happy to cancel rep on the phone gave me a date and will turn up on a lorry no bigger than a bustbin lorry it turns up day before on a lorry that wont fit down the road Driver spoke to me i explained another route he wasnt intrested i take it back get it delivered on a smaller lorry when i phone up to explain got told it be another 3 weeks. So i cancelled the order

Fantastic from start to finish! I love my Combi Shed greenhouse!

They delivered on time and the driver brought it down to my garden for me very well done to him, and the hut is very strong and sterdy a good product thanks James

Re my previous TRUST PILOT review regarding order nos 000391522. Thank you for your reply as you advised I have contacted your customer service department and was told they don't know why I was asked ti contact your customer service department so once again I am disappointed. If you want my tels nos see my reply that you asked for.

the quality wood not as i expected boards split when screwing the shed together the delivery driver was excellent and helpful

It was the best price for the product with free delivery. The delivery was fast and I was given very good notification of their arrival.

The man who delivered my greenhouse was very polite and friendly

Would be good to be informed the day before whether early or not.

I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. Shed arrived damaged in transport.
We also noticed nails sticking out of the panels.
Some panels on the shed were broken.
It should never had left the manufacturers like this if it was inspected properly.
This shed was bought for young adults with special needs.
I was offered either the replacement panels or £60.00 compensation.
The shed cost over £700.00
I went to reply the latest email they sent last week. They closed my claim.
The reason im late replying to their email is sadly my close friend passed away.

A well made shed. Good roof (my last shed leaked through the roof), and solid walls. The floor in particular is what attracted me, it's the same as the walls and so far seems to be very strong. Certainly appears to be a generally strong shed that was easy to put together. If I had to criticise anything it would be the door bolt, could do with a better design and I may change it but overall, very satisfied. Also came within the time frame and delivered to the back of my house - bonus!

Very easy web site to understand. We were told we were to half a two hour delivery time.however he arrived as I was getting up. Extremely efficient. Lovely driver who put the shed pieces exactly where I wanted them. He left your pick up site at around four a.m! Arrived at my door just after eight a.m I offered him a drink but he refused.could not fault him. The shed is o.k. As well

The shed is very poor quality..when it arrived I noticed a few of the panelling pieces were lifting where it wasn’t nailed down properly, holes in the back piece of shed , some of the timber framing around the door entrance wasn’t cut properly so my husband had to cut it to make it fit , the flooring is terrible so thin and got big gaps between the walls.
We’ve now got to add insulation to try to prevent from dampening.
I’ve paid £800 for this shed and it’s really really not worth it
Will not be making future purchases from this company.

Excellent service & delivery driver no problems at all .

Delivery and notification were spot on.
I had to download and print the instructions manual so far so good.
Printing to A4 and you can barely read the instructions so had to enlarge print size.
Assembling the shed showed that it has been made to a certain "standard",the cladding is extremely thin and the flooring supplied is 12mm low grade OSB type board and is not strong enough for flooring.
With modifications the shed can be made a little better i.e. better quality flooring and heavier support bars .
The height of the door needs increasing to be useable by anyone over 5'6" in height.
Obviously nearly £700 does not buy you the best quality product and maybe my expectations were too high but having built similar sheds in the past I am a little disappointed.
Would I buy another one ?
I doubt it.
