A VERY THIN shed made from very thin…
A VERY THIN shed made from very thin wood with many wood knots split open on one side there is 30 split knots which I've had to fill in. There is wood that was warped, the very thin plastic windows are inadequate and don't fit, the felting is very thin and has split. Personally I wouldn't recommend you buy it. I have photos.

I’m really grateful to have received…
I’m really grateful to have received this garden shed through Family Fund, and I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to have something like this for my family.
However, I do feel it’s important to be honest about the quality. If it wasn’t for the gentleman I hired to build it for me, I honestly don’t think the shed would have been usable. There were multiple issues during assembly, and it was extremely flimsy. I don’t feel it would have been able to stay securely together or safely support anyone’s weight without the additional work and fixes he carried out.
I also contacted the company to provide feedback about the problems, but unfortunately the only response I received was to “take some pictures as evidence.” As the shed was being assembled by the company I had hired, the problems were identified and fixed during the build, so I obviously wasn’t able to provide photographs afterwards showing the issues in their original state.
It’s certainly not the best quality shed, but after the additional work carried out by the gentleman who assembled it, it will do the job, and I am grateful to have it. I just feel the product itself could be much sturdier and better made, and I wanted to give honest feedback so this can hopefully be looked at for future customers.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such detailed and honest feedback. We’re really pleased to hear how grateful you are to have received the shed through Family Fund, and we appreciate you sharing your experience so openly.
I can see that you did contact our team regarding the concerns you experienced during assembly, and our response was to request photographs so that we could better understand and investigate the issues for you. We completely appreciate that, as the problems were identified and rectified during the installation, it may not have been possible to provide photographs afterwards showing the issues in their original state.
We’re sorry that we weren’t able to provide more assistance at the time. Your comments regarding the sturdiness, assembly and overall quality are valuable, and we will ensure this feedback is passed on to the relevant team for consideration.
Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We’re glad that, following the additional work carried out during assembly, the shed is now able to serve its purpose for your family.

The shed builds are of a very poor quality. The timber used warped and leaves huge gapes on the larger panels. I install sheds for a living and I would not recomend these sheds. Spend on average 25% more and get a better quality timber.

Excellent service – polite & helpful delivery
“I received delivery of two sheds today, and the driver was absolutely brilliant. He was very polite, friendly and professional, and carefully placed both sheds exactly where I requested. It makes such a difference with large, heavy items to have someone helpful and careful. First‑class service—thank you!”
