good prompt response to phone calls
very little wait time for phone enquiries. Happy to answer questions, pleasant customer service. Straight forward booking arrangements. The only slight irritation was on the website it offered a discount on early bookings but when i enquired on my phone call i was told there were none. Perhaps i should have booked on line?

Good company to holiday with
Straightforward booking process, and a good range of holidays and tours available.
I have been on a tour of South Africa earlier this year and we were very well looked after throughout. Good quality hotels and the guide ensured we saw so much in the time we had.

Different quotes from different people
The first gentleman I spoke to helped with lots of different quotes but I didn't make a decision at the time.
I phoned again in about 15 mins and I spoke to a lady who gave me the same quote but this time it was £1 cheaper.
