Got there eventually. Six weeks between original enquiry and booking confirmation. I didn’t mind the wait, I understand it was not under your control,but I did mind that nobody told me what was happening .

Very helpful
Was booking on line, but phoned Mercury to query one or two points. Call was answered promptly (not always the case I know!), and spoke to a very helpful lady who sorted me out and answered all my queries, and I ended up booking the holiday whilst on the phone. It was all very simple and quick.
