The app is great but so regularly it asks if you are enjoying the experience. The notifications are driving me mad when I just want to get on with banking- if you say no it takes you to a page for feedback. If you say yes it brings you here when you just want to make a transaction. I am doing this review in the hope it stops interrupting me!!!

I find the app really frustrating
I find the app really frustrating. Continually refuses payments instead of notification to check is it you as with other apps it just refuses and then when you go to ask for payment to be made have to wait for a human to check in and it takes an hour.

Such a shit bank
Such a shit bank, restricted my account, my funds without any reason and during complaint they replying we reviewing your account if you are unhappy with our decision then go complaint to ombudsman. I am in the middle of nowhere can't pay to vendors and loosing my trade. Such a worst decision i made to open a account in a digital bank.

I've been with Mettle pretty much since it's launch, my experience has always been positive, even when they were unable to help directly, the support and guidance has been invaluable with nothing remaining unresolved. If you run a SME, you could certainly do a lot worse. Highly recommend.

Brilliant
I love this app it’s made running my small business so much easier it has the ability to do all the everyday tasks I need and the automatic tax deduction saving account has really helped.
The only thing I would really like is it to be able to link to my other bank account but at the moment it’s not recognised!
