Don't believe the 20 day application…
Don't believe the 20 day application time. I've just sold our business but own the property so am acting as landlord to the new tenants. Mettle looked ideal for my needs but, after waiting 31 days, rejected my application without reason.

Now charging to pay in cash
I have used Mettle for the last 4 years and never had any problems. However I received a message on the app to say that from today there would be a £2.75 transaction fee for paying cash into the account. I have always recommended Mettle for the fact they have never charged any fees. Small businesses have enough costs from credit card fees without now being charged to pay in cash as well. Will be looking to move my account elsewhere

Great and simple the pots are a great idea.
It would be good if you had a business credit or and a business savings.
But other then that, any issues have been answered quickly and simply.
