They use voucher site Wowcher to hide behind.

Sell more vouchers than they actually have stock for then simply cancel and make you wait for a refund.

I’d the merchant is “MHStar” on Wowcher then don’t bother.

This is a terrible company. Quoted 2 days for delivery (the whole point we chose them - they were quickest) and ended up taking double that. Trying to communicate with them whilst everything was up in the air, they kept telling us to wait 72(!!) hours before they respond. Not to mention they have no phone line. After all of that, you're not even allowed to respond directly to their emails! You have to be lucky enough to be sent a link in one of your emails (I found one link amongst 6 email's they'd sent me chasing me - even though I had no way to respond! Still unresolved as we speak. Disgraceful. I will never shop with somewhere who uses this company again.

No better than scammers. Sent me a used and damaged gazebo ordered from B&Q. Just dumped it on the path in my front garden. They are ignoring my messages and were supposed to collect this garbage on Friday but didn’t. I have started a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. Keep clear of this mob. I would give them minus stars if there was an option too.

One star because it isn't possible to leave a zero star rating. They already have 80% 1 Star ratings, so I'm really wasting my time but, oh, how I regret ever buying from these Class 1 shysters. First I ordered a gazebo from them, described as 'aluminium' and I bought that one because it would not corrode outdoors. Liars, half of it was steel. Then because it was the only place to get one, I ordered a replacement gazebo cover when the wind got it. Of course the wrong colour turned up. I had to use it because the old one was ripped. Asked for a partial refund and they conned me into waiting until the dispute ended, saying they would then make a partial refund. Liars! Ali Express were no help, their idiot AI kept running me (their wonderful friend and much valued customer, etc, etc ....yaaawwwn) in circles. Twice their platform fell over when I posted the proof (6 times in total) and when I did manage to complete the extensive report of photos of the item and delivery labels, screenshots of conversations, etc, etc, the email was returned as 'Mailbox full' the first time and 'Undeliverable' the second time. Naturally, Ali Express then said I had not responded and the dispute was closed. The next time they said there was insuffcient proof - like a photo of the wrong item beside the correct one was not acceptable! Seems their idiot AI is also colour blind. I am now at the point of closing my Ali Express account. Mhstar are also on ebay, so they need to be avoided on there as well.
I repeat, they have 80% 1 Star ratings, so avoid like the plague. Ali Express and ebay should be ashamed for letting them trade - but I guess they bring a lot of money their way, so it's no surprise.

Ordered a pet cooling bed couldnt put together as a faulty frame. E mailed them to say i wanted to return was offered 30%off and i could keep it. Why would i keep something not complete also need a full refund. After 8 E mails still waiting for a refund. Just fobbed off wont use Debenams website or this firm again. Stay well clear. By the way the bed was not as advertised poor shoddy material.

Purchased from this company on Amazon. Paid almost £19 to return myself to the item and over 3 weeks later and no refund of the purchase. Lost almost £90 in total. Wish I had looked at trust pilot first. Product was poor quality and not worth the money.

Nearly a month later and I am still waiting for a refund!!
Product was not collected after 2 attempts of me waiting !!
Then when it was collected I should have been refunded and I am still waiting ,
No one answers the phone , responds to emails ! Even Debenhams service have been so so poor !

Bought a double egg chair from this company.Arrived on May 14th 2025, it is an outsunny product. My daughter not able to construct this we brought in a qualified joiner who said product could not be constructed he thought guideline did not fit product. Trying to return has been a nightmare!. After three phone calls advisor said product would be collected today at a cost of £32 which I am unhappy about as product not fit for purpose.Have waited in as yet no collection. This product must be collected thirty days fro delivery. If it is not collected today I will contact trading standards and taken legal advice.

Bought the 12PCS Artificial Boxwood Wall Panels 20" x 20" Grass Privacy Fence Screen Faux Hedge Greenery Backdrop through Wowcher at half the price, delivered within two days and looks amazing. Shame I can’t add pictures but they covered up a really bad fence. Best to measure fence and cut panels then put them together before tagging to the fence!

Please avoid this company at all cost!!! So needed some replacement cushions for my garden rattan furniture. Found some on B and Q supplied by the above company....Arrived pretty quick although i had no correspondence to say they were going to be delivered......Reading the reviews after purchase it seems alot of big companies use these...I had no doubt I would experience this kind of farce when I purchased it through B and Q * reptubile company or so I thought.......

2 x parcels arrived opened one to find the cushions were too big for my sofa ( I did measure)...Messaged these straightway to return. 48 hours later I recieved a message to say they will give me a good will refund of 15.00 for me to keep!!! No they are of no purpose to me too big!! No reply until 2 days later where they offered me a return day after the 13th may. So chose today the 15th ( Thurs ) no reply....Rang B and Q 6 times all I got told was this has been escalated ( to whom) this has been going on for 6 days....Finally got through to a helpful customer service advisor ( they are based in SA) who rang my local store and said they will take the cushions back but I can only get a refund from the 3rd party ( MH) when they recieve them!!......Today I recieve another message from the seller to say cannot collect today to short notice will now be after the 21st....It wouldn't have been to short notice if you had read your messages a week ago........Please avoid this company super quick delivery but no after care support........169.00 lighter at the mo

What an absolute nightmare dealing with this company, I returned a garden L shaped sofa over 2 weeks ago and heard nothing back regarding my refund !!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YIU HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM !!

Why the heck are Debenhams using this awful company!
Ordered £800 worth of garden furniture only for it all to be dumped outside my house while we were at work! We were tracking it as we were told we'd get a notification as to when delivery would take place, but no-one messaged us.
We tracked it in Crawley depot, so thought we would get a message that day to say probably deliver the following day. Oh no...they just got one guy to turn up, plonk 3 massive boxes at my front door then leave! No trying a neighbours house, or even trying my side gate, literally just left it for all to see or steal...
I've got in touch with Debenhams only through WhatsApp as both my emails were ignored, and they have said take it up with this Mhstar!
I will never order from Debenhams again, thankfully I have my goods even though they were left outside my front door for 6 hours!
Delivery drivers just don't give a damn anymore!

Ordered a side cabinet via Ali express as it was on other. Item was described as black and grey. Pictures were exactly what I wanted. I received my parcel very quickly however, upon opening found that I was the completely wrong colour to what I selected or what was advertised. I'm now being told to return the package and pay the shipping costs to get a refund! I have been going back and forth for the last few days for a mistake that was not of my own! Will never order from them again.

Bought a dog stroller a year ago. When I reached out to customer service they are unable to find any details and the frame is broken we don’t even use it daily however had have to pay to have it fixed privately as the dragged their feet unable to find our order. Unfortunately I cannot find my delivery receipt. Our dog is about ten kilos under the recommended weight This product isn’t even used daily but is clearly poorly made as others I know which items from other companies have had them last years and years with no issues. I wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone not wanting to pay a lot of money on top of the expensive initial outlay! We have had screws and bolts fallout before this and fixed it ourselves it’s just not worth the expense for such a short lifespan of the product

This company via B&Q 1of 2 boxes delivered so half of a corner sofa set no use to me with 5 missing parts! Terrible service both these and B&Q, waste of time and money, still no resolution,explanation or apology. Refund requested but no reply yet again! DO NOT USE !!

Absolutely awful service. I ordered a parasol through B&Q and it was to be shipped from this company. Never received the item. Not yet had a refund. B&Q service just as bad. MH Star keep sending me a template message with same info over and over again. Do not order from this company or from a company that use them to ship items. They are terrible.
