Ive been with you 3yrs( never claimed) but wasn't offered even a 10 % discount. In fact it increased.

Applied for a Asda credit card
Applied for a Asda credit card
Was accepted and have been waiting for the card to be delivered
It has now been 18 days
When I set the account up I had to create a numerical pin but unfortunately cannot remeber it
I have tried calling the 08081754600 helpline number to inform them of non receipt of card
Having spent hours trying different options to talk to agent , the automated service will not allow it unless I can input a credit card number ( which I can't as I don't have the card and can't reset the pin for the account as I also need to input the credit card number )
This is a flaw in their system and a catch 22 situation for myself as I have no way of letting them know the card hasn't been received
Abysmal customer service
They requested more information about myself including email address and phone number so they could verify if I was a genuine complainant
Provided all my details and still no contact from them

I contacted Asda money about my travel insurance and have still not received any reply. Money was deducted from my account with no prior warning. Extremely disappointed

Tricked into buying pet insurance ?
A year ago I bought pet insurance through Quidco. And yes I read eligibility and bought through the link.
Purchase 18.09.25 lifetime insurance
Unfortunately the cashback was declined by Asda. So I raised a claim through Quidco as the cashback was around £27. Makes a huge difference.
The claim was declined by Asda. So I decided it pointless renewing.
I thought I’d check to see if Asda pet insurance are on Quidco for 2026 and they aren’t. So I assume, that despite advertising themselves as an insurance provider on Quidco, enticing people to buy because of cashback, the actual cashback was declined because Asda knew they were finishing with Quidco.
