Legend of Zelda : Tears of the Kingdom Pre-Purchase
I had pre-purchased Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom from Monster-Shop as it was the cheaper than other places I had found. It arrived the day after release after being posted through the letterbox whilst I was out. I had also been supplied a Royal Mail tracking number, however this number was not useful in tracking the delivery and left me guessing when the game would arrive. Despite the tracking number issue, I would shop here again.

Tears of the kingdom…
I ordered tears of the kingdom collectors edition. It arrived in perfect condition, fantastically packaged and a day early. Albeit £20 over RRP still highly recommended.

Efficient and friendly customer service
They sorted the technical problem I was having quickly and I was so pleased to be able to place my pre-order for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Collector's Edition. I asked whether they could send it out slightly earlier as I was going away on holiday on the day of release; they said they couldn't promise it would arrive in time but it did! Fantastic customer service, I will buy again from them.

Amazing service!
Recently only discovered this website and it’s great. Not only was the game I ordered slightly cheaper than other places and I got it delivered a day early, but when I noticed that the pre order bonus wasn’t included in mine even though I pre ordered, I sent an email asking about it, and they got back to me the same day with a code for the content. Really good service!

Scammers Who Do Not Refund Returns and Awful Customer Service
Weeks after returning an item that was confirmed as delivered I do still not have a refund. Multiple times I have contacted Customer Service only to be ignored and lied to. I would definitely avoid this place!
