Ordered a game for Xmas,was only place I could get it in time, 2 days later got email to say I'd been awarded a refund, no game,no explanation, still selling it on website ? ? ? ? ?

I wanted to buy the ps5 with the call of the duty bundle for my sons birthday, everywhere was sold out. Luckily for me someone shared monster shop on uk hotdeals and i went onto order it 2 days ago. I have recieved it today and my son will be using it over the weekend. What a fantastic experience. Just thought i would share it. I am yet to get it out of the box and see how it performs. I did see a few negative reviews but luckily i went to order it. So thankyou to the team at the monster shop. I will definately be coming back for all my games and all my gaming stuff i need. 👍

I had placed a pre order for Spider-Man 2 back in June and made my purchase for it on the 18th of October. It released on the 20th and now on the 28th I’ve had no updates on the whereabouts of it. I have sent multiple emails asking where it is and I haven’t gotten a single response for any of them.

Edit: It is 31/10/23 now and they replied yesterday. They apologised and promised me a refund and the game. I can confirm I have received Spider-Man 2 and the refund should happen considering I disputed the transaction. I appreciate the free game and I will consider ordering from this place again

Pre-ordered spider-man 2 from them, came on the day of release but was missing pre-order bonus. Submitted a request to resolve the issue and in under a day got my code to claim the pre-order bonus! Fast and reliable with great customer service, would definitely recommend a friend and will use again.

Was a little iffy if the website was genuine or not. However it is 100% legit. I got my brand new assassins creed mirage at a good price! I did receive my game a little later than expected however the website stated the game was dispatched the next working day (so possibly an issue from the delivery), but i got my game regardless. Will visit and buy from this website again for more good deals! :)

Ordered a candy cart on Thursday
For delivery on Friday. Got a delivery on Friday off a 3 inch toy bear.i may be a bit slow but a bear isn't a 4ft candy cart ..

BEWARE!!! Not only didn't receive the item but my debit card details were hacked the same day I ordered this, and I had not used the card for any other online purchases recently as I normally pay by PayPal. I contacted them to say that it hadn't arrived and they gave me the same speil as previous reviewer about it being stuck with Royal Mail and that they had issued a refund. This is not possible as I have had to cancel that card so they can't refund. Not sure how I can get my money back without giving them sensitive information which I obviously don't want to do.

The most important thing for most people when shopping, is generally customer service. Saving a few quid here and there is whatever, but it’s customer service that separates companies.

Having placed my first ever order, I was disappointed that there was a mix up, and in the end I had a refund, which as it happens hit my bank the very next day…

However…. After emailing and being responded to very quickly, the company were very apologetic, and after me mentioning that my son would be disappointed not to get his present, I was very pleasantly surprised when the next day the postman delivered an alternative game my son would love…. FOR FREE!

If this isn’t customer service, I don’t know what is.

I ordered Zelda: Tears of the kindom which came with a free poster, however, when the parcel arrived, the game was missing. Obviously, this was concerning but I have rated them with 5 stars because of the manner in which they resolved the issue. Once a complaint was raised and investigated by Monster-Shop, a new game was sent out within a few days. More importantly, I needed the game before my daughters birthday and they made sure it got to me on time. In my experience, things like games going missing can happen, its rare, but can happen and it comes down to how the company you buy from handles the situation and in this case...hats of to monster shop!
