SCAMMER-SCAMMER-SCAMMER Ordered a game over a month ago still no delivery. No answers to any emails.

Not worth and 1☆ ordered 8th April via The Range and still didn't not get my Grey Egg chair.They re-dispatch twice with FedEx and provide me same tracking number.Today i got email from them they don't have same chair so they want send me replacement.But I checked in shop shows in stock.If I didn't get till Monday I will cancel

A joke of a company.

I'm keep trying to get in contact with them for the past 2 weeks regarding the vinyl cutter that is not working as it supposed and arrived damaged.
Contacted them in the first day and since then i just been passed from a person to another and they're taking a few good days to respond to anything.

For the past few days i called to ask for a refund as they failed to help me in the padt month to fix the cutter and they keep saying they will speak with a manager and call me back.
No one bothered to do so.
Not even saying that the schedule for contacting them is wrong as any calls after 14:00 in any day will be meet with the message " our phone line is currently close, we will be back in the next working day".

I will keep this updated and come back with new reviews. Until someone will finally get in touch with me as they said at the start.

I ordered & payed for headphones through this company which stated 48 hour delivery.it has now been a week with no joy.i'm beginning to think this site maybe a scam as their is no contact number to reach them on.

Purchased something on 17 March 2025, no shipping update since and contacted them through their website contact form and social media channels for feedback, no response either.

EDIT: Eventually someone named Dan replied to me FB Messenger, he offered me a token of apology and said he would initiate a refund as the item I ordered was not in stock.
I received my refund and am changing this review because of Dan.

I purchased off these for the first time recently. After a week of absolutely nothing happening with my order, they randomly cancelled my order. I never received an email apologising or explaining why the order was cancelled. It has been a month and I've still not had a refund and my emails have been ignored.

What ordered came when they said would. Well packaged.

No response by email, Instagram or Facebook. No item yet website says items are dispatched within a working day.

Do not use!! Ruined my daughter’s birthday having taken the money and not sent the console.

Honestly, very cheap finds and trustworthy quality. Order comes at the needed date with no delays. A bit disappointed by absence of promised DLC, yet still amazing. Highly recommended these awesome people.

Quick delivery and fair price

I recently purchased a newly released PS5 game, the price was the best I'd found and the item arrived earlier than expected, I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Monster Shop, I'm sure I'll be back for another purchase in the future.

Excellent customer service and super helpful, they were even willing to provide services that weren't listed on their website for a specific instance!

Placed an order last month, didn't receive an order confirmation. Contacted them via their website form, I've had no response. Two weeks later and no item has been delivered.

I'm beginning to think this is scam website. Careful when ordering from here.

Update - reducing to 1 star. I've tried contacting via email, webform and social media all have been ignored.

I hadn’t heard of this store before but gave them a go as they had a decent offer on a pre-order game. Pre-order arrived promptly on release day and I got a quick response from customer services regarding a missing pre-order bonus code. Seems perfectly legit and a happy customer here.
