I ordered a 5m wide carpet for a room that was 4.97m wide. The carpet I received was 4.95m wide so it was too small for the room. Unfortunately, I couldn't delay fitting so the fitter stuck down some excess from the length but it looks a bit messy.

I contacted Morgan and Quinn and they explained their 5m carpets can be anywhere from 4.95m and 5.05m and as it states this in their terms they would not offer compensation.

I understand this position, but I think it should be highlighted clearly at time of adding to basket. I was under the impression I would receive a machine cut 5m width.

Otherwise no issues, good prices and good delivery - but be careful if needing the full ordered width!

Gorgeous carpet, great quality and such a lovely feel to the foot. Morgan and Quinn provide a great service with competitive prices, the team have always been helpful and answered any queries I had and delivery was great. Would highly recommend!

Really excellent service after multiple purchases.

Good prices and reliable delivery, you need to order a week before you need the products which is fine but good to know which helps plan to minimize storage time on larger items.

Unfortunately after fitting a “high quality “ Aspire Superior kitchen flooring, my worst nightmare happened where the piece moved and started coming apart a few months later!
Was still within the year so we called the shop who directed us to the fitter! The fitter was aggressive and rude to me but eventually came back and fixed a peace he did not fit right the 1st time! He promised he would never come back again even if there were problems in future. A couple of months later more peaces started to move and it became a tripping hazard! I contacted the shop again who took many weeks to get back to me to eventually tell me it’s not their problem! It was the fitter’s problem and he no longer worked with them!!!

After looking for a carpet we liked in many places, we finally decided on a Brockway Dimensions Plain, and then started to look for a competitive price. Brockway and Quinn came out very favourably. I used webchat to confirm the delivery day they could managed. Then immediately ordered on-line. The carpet was delivered on the day with plenty of courier updates, and the delivery driver insisted on carrying the carpet on his own into the garage where it was kept before fitting. Overall a near perfect experience. The only possible improvement I can think of is if Morgan and Quinn could have confirmed the delivery date by email after I placed the order (it is possible they didn't do this because I had asked on webchat beforehand).

Bought 11 packs of art select planks. The cheapest price I could find online & delivery was prompt, on time & the packs were in perfect condition.
