Very competitive price for premium Karndean product. Arrived on schedule and now looks great!

Ordered from here as they had the cheapest price for the carpet we wanted. Delivered on time with good communication.

The prices for Karndean Luxury Vinyl Planking were the best I could find online. The website easy to use and when I needed further information Mel couldn't have been more helpful and approachable! Thank you would thoroughly recommend!

GetJust been back on phone to mell sales and I have e mail I sent Sunday requesting new carpet and she said she has refunded me 200pounds lol fast my email in front of me says new carpet trying to Pam me of threw down phone shouting beg for my review to be taken down will take down when my blemish free carpet is with me rolled short length They are aggressive and can’t take responsibility of there mistakes not even a sorry get manager ceo to call and I will play recordings dictating to me who was sold shoddy goods but they say it was manufactured prob lol they buy the shoddy goods being dictated to told they will throw my new carpet on road I am lady on my own and disabled being told they will pick up damaged carpet I am inconvenienced through no fault of mine and am untitled to full refund by law so if they can’t help me treat me with respect just refund in full or I will see you in court have Mellon phone shouting ordering me around with what they want I am out of pocket inconvenienced and nothing about that court would be more sympathetic disgusting disgrace of service not even a sorry nothing one blemish on carpet and it will be returned immediately for full refund so I can get one from local company who would not bully disrespect the people who pay there wages the Consumer buyer who with out us no company got replacement carpet for faulty goods they sent and had to call police driver was so aggressive terrified of him demanding faulty carpet or I was not getting replacement took chest pains and magor panic attack in tears he seen I was in bad way through carpet on ground and left and forged my signature on delivery note please be vigilant of this bunch of thugs that run this place please note you are within your rights under 20015 consumer act to get FULL refund or replacement do not let these thugs blame manufacturer they buy of them so there fault but not the customer who pays there wages know your rights Omg a sorry by e mail by a lol mr Quinn really members in tears really it’s not the end my camera has footage of driver and I was taken ill to hospital and the end just the start have all calls recording and taking this further for all I have been subjected to

Thoroughly recommend Morgan and Quinn. I ordered easily online, it was multiple different sizes of carpet as was doing a specific design on the stairs. Mel contacted me the following day just to double check everything was correct with the order. There was an issue with Westex factory and the availability of our specification. Mel organised a more premium product in a cost effective manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Delivery organised with ease, delivery guys very polite and carried the carpet in to where I asked. All in all fantastic service, carpet now fitted and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks Morgan and Quinn.

The order process was very straightforward, after discussion with Mel about the options available. The company were very honest about the timescale of delivery. The delivery itself arrived on time, delivered to the door by a lovely gentleman. All round an excellent experience & the purchase of the carpet saved us a significant amount of money. I would definitely recommend to family & friends.

I ordered two lots of what was described as “LVT style flooring” on your website for both the kitchen & the bathroom. The karndean arrived as expected, the parquet herringbone arrived as a role of Lino which I certainly didn’t want. When I explained this I was told they would not exchange it. This meant I was already £120 down, then ordered the new LVT Flooring plus another £50 delivery so it’s turned out to be an expensive way of buying the flooring. I now have a role of Lino I’ll not use. My point is that nowhere on the website did it say it was a roll, it even stated LVT in the same way as my other order. Staff on the phone were very helpful (Mel) but I think this is misleading and costly for the customer.

I didn't experience any issues with the service I received. The delivery took longer than I first expected though as I didn't need the carpet within a timeframe I wasn't inconvenienced.

Great quality product, saved me a fortune than buying from high street carpet retailers. Quick delivery.

Searching online for best price on a specific carpet to continue a theme throughout our house. Morgan & Quinn were the cheapest and, after calling to verify the price and delivery found they provided fast and excellent customer service. Delivery was arranged for my preferred date and, nearer the time, I received a time slot and a phone call from the drivers on the day.

I would recommend giving them a try. With their price matching and customer service I highly recommend them.

From the first phone call when I spoke to Mel she was helpful and had good product knowledge.
The order was placed a couple of weeks later and again she dealt with everything for me including the delivery arrangements and dates.
The carpet is a great quality and we’re very happy with it.

Excellent professional company.
Ordered a carpet on line, (but rang a few times with odd questions). Calls always answered quickly by friendly efficient staff.
Communication was excellent for delivery date. Also, delivery driver went out of his way to help me and my husband get a very large roll of carpet through our tiny cottages front door.
Whole process was stress free. Excellent value, definitely a great recommendation from!
