Simple typo causes major problems
Well... I refinanced. My old/ original mortgage was not paid off for more than 60 days after it was past due, as I made payments on my new mortgage. I wasnt made aware of the issue until I was sent to collections by my original mortgage holder.

Called regarding tax bills and the staff couldn't have been nicer and super helpful! From Heather to Arielle, they were very professional and explained exactly what I needed to do and were responsive to my questions. Great customer service! As a new customer to Mortgage America, I have to say it has been my pleasure dealing with this top notch organization.
