Grace Bleasdale at the Accrington made the whole process as stress free as possible and very professional.

The team at Mortimers provided an excellent first class service when I was selling my parents house. They were always very professional and kept me fully informed throughout the sale process.
I would definitely recommend Mortimers Estate Agency for anyone selling a property

Mortimers handled the sale of this property efficiently and brought about a speedy outcome. Thank you to all involved

Handled the sale of our property with excellent efficiency and professionalism.
A particular mention for Grace, our sales progressor, who kept in regular contact with updates on progress proving to be an invaluable liaison between all relevant parties within the chain, ensuring a positive outcome,

Thank you.

The team at Mortimers are professional, efficient and very approachable. Charlotte has a very caring attitude. She supported me throughout the whole process with great communication and understanding which is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

First time using Mortimer's to sell a property, they gave us a valuation way above what I was expecting and they managed to find us a buyer in no time at all, for that price. I unfortunately ran in to a LOT of issues with solicitors along the way, but Leaoni made sure everyone was updated, kept in touch regularly with me too, helped where possible with the issues I was facing, and was even just there for me to cry to or have a rant to when it all got too much. Considering everything that happened, plus my personal circumstances, you have no idea how much those phone calls meant.

I would whole heartedly recommend Mortimer's to anyone looking to sell, or buy, you won't be disappointed.

Thank you to the whole team who were involved, especially Leaoni and Chloe.

My Experience with Mortimers was outstanding, i was informed and kept up to date though out the whole process, Veda was amazing, will definitely be using Mortimers for my next purchase

Throughout the time it took to sell the property, from initial valuation to final closure of sale, the staff from Mortimers were unfailingly polite , professional and above all helpful.

It was not always an easy process due to factors beyond our control but Mortimers staff were always there at the end of the phone line or email to give valuable support and advice. Particular thanks to Veda in the Blackburn Office whose expertise has been invaluable and led, eventually, to a successful completion

We've just completed on our 2nd property sale with Mortimers. I honestly can't thank them all enough, Grace, Emily, Cara, Alex, Freddie and Matt (sorry if I've missed anyone). They all played a huge part in getting the property over the line. We are already planning to use their services again before the end of the year.

I had an excellent experience with my estate agents from start to finish. The whole team were on the ball throughout the entire process and kept me informed at every stage, which made everything feel smooth and stress‑free.

A special mention has to go to Veda, who was exceptional. She went above and beyond, always proactive, always clear, and genuinely made the whole journey easier. You can tell she really cares about what she does.

Overall, a brilliant team and a brilliant service highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great experience with Mortimers Estate Agents, especially Veda and Joe. They were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly, and they kept us well informed at every stage, which really put us at ease.

We truly appreciate their hard work and dedication and would highly recommend Veda, Joe, and the Mortimers team to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent.

Never stress free buying a property but Emily at Mortimers Accrington and the team kept us fully informed throughout the whole procedure of buying a property.

Would definitely use Mortimers again. From initial instruction, property was on the market within two days. Emily was our contact, she was very professional and polite. Always rang me back or emailed straight away, was very reassuring during the whole process. Thank-you

Great experience with this estate agents recently. Just used them for a house move and they were brilliant. Kept us informed along the way and nothing was too much trouble for them. They sorted out all the viewings for us, evenings and weekends included. Shout out to Veda, who was very helpful in making sure everything came together in the end. Great surprise upon completion was the gift box we recieved with the new keys which included some supplies and an envelope of vouchers to help with furnishing our new home. Was a really nice touch. They were very good with the photos of the house we were selling and floor plan was very professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell/buy a property.

Excellent, friendly service and good advice

Our purchase was being handled by Mortimer’s and we had Alex coordinating our sale. From the beginning, we couldn’t have asked for more. We were able to view the property as soon as it went on the market in order to accommodate our availability. Any questions we had were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Queries between the chain/solicitors etc were chased up immediately to ensure things moved swiftly. I would have no hesitation with using Mortimers in the future and would highly recommend them.

I'd highly recommend Mortimers Accrington and Alex in particular. In what ended up being a tricky chain for our house sale, Alex went above and beyond to make sure all elements in the chain were updated and chased where applicable.
They're are cheaper alternatives out there, however as we saw, you get what you pay for in this instance as the cheaper agents were nowhere to be seen when the going got tough.
Thanks again Alex

Veda was very helpful with the move, kept us informed and relaxed
