Motorhome Kings Reviews

Had issue with fridge intermittently not working due to issues with PCB. Previous repairs by other PCB specialists did not cure problems.

After discussing issues with James, he promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired the fridge. Now working perfectly.
Wish I had looked these guys up sooner. Great service, great people and great price.
Thanks Motorhome Kings.

I wished I discovered these people years ago!
Solved all my niggly problems with my Motorhome and then fully serviced it
All at a very reasonable fair price
Nothing was a bother and the customer care approach was spot on.
Would highly recommend!

Can't say enough about the Northshields company. Just awesome!!

We hired a motorhome for a week at Easter to explore some of Scotland. Marie was very informative and helpful. The van was great, clean and obviously well maintained. Clear instructions etc. We will definitely hire again and have already recommended Motorhome Kings to friends and family.

Super friendly and super helpful. I needed a small fix carrying out on my van and was up against it timewise. They squeezed me in within a couple of hours and had me out of there in no time. Definitely on my recommend list now.

Had an issue with van whilst on holiday in the area. Booked in for the next day and repair was done. Would recommend this company.

Excellent service, very helpful friendly people

This was our first holiday in a motor home and it was made all the better for hiring our well equipped and comfortable vehicle from Mororhome Kings. The service was exceptional throughout. Marie was our point of contact from the start and provided superb customer service . We will defiantly be booking with this company again

A brilliant weekend in a gorgeous motorhome that really did feel like home! The service was second to none and Marie’s customer care (despite a bump) was amazing. Will definitely be hiring again! Thank you!

Just back from our third holiday using Motorhome Kings lovely motorhomes. This time was a Scottish West Coast trip taking in part of the NC500 and staying on amazing coastal campsites with amazing views. We had one especially stormy night and I did quietly question the wisdom of picking our seafront pitch but the van stood up to the weather admirably and we enjoyed listening to the wind and the rain from the comfort of our warm cosy bed. Next day we awoke to beautiful blue skies and sun lit views, just perfect.
From pick up to drop off the whole service offered by Marie and the rest of the team was seamless, always looking to go the extra mile to make sure we had a truly memorable holiday. I can't recommend this company enough.

Our first venture into Motorhome rental and it was excellent. The motorhome was great; clean, worked well and very well equipped. Marie was so helpful and made the whole process feel simple. Thoroughly recommend MHK !

Marie was extremely helpful when we had to cancel our motorhome last October due to covid. We finally made it away just before Easter. First time hiring a motorhome as looking to possibly purchase one in the future enjoyed the experience shame about the weather. Would definitely recommend using Motorhome Kings if you're looking to rent or buy. Thanks for all your help and advice.

We have just purchased our first motorhome from this company in Newcastle. I must say we had been to several dealerships and private buyers but never anticipated such wonderful customer service from Marie & the team. From the first viewing, the knowledge, helpfulness, enthusiasm & genuine professionalism from Marie was superb. Any initial doubts or minor problems were sorted. When I say sorted, Marie sent us her phone number, e-mail & what's app contacts before we left the building after paying our initial deposit and said she can be contacted anytime. We asked for some additional work to be done & a date was given for the pick up after paying the final amount. In the meantime we asked Marie umpteen questions before pickup, nothing phased her & she always got back to us the same/next day. We are now in the process of planning our first getaway. If anyone is thinking of buying/renting a motorhome I can't recommend Marie & team highly enough. Thankyou for making a big decision so much easier.

Excellent service, really great price! Marie was really helpful, got my quote then sorted booking in for a tow bar. They were quick and efficient. Would absolutely recommend and will be back for my caravan service.

We recently purchased a 4/5 berth motorhome from Motorhome Kings. We travelled up from Hertfordshire on 2 occasions, once to view and then to purchase. The service we received from Marie was honestly excellent. She showed us how everything worked, and was knowledgeable and patient. There were a few minor things that needed attention and these were sorted without any fuss. We were interested in having solar panels fitted and Marie and her colleague gave us all the information for us to go away and think about, without any 'hard sell' and we decided to get it done by them. In between our viewing and purchasing visits Marie was always contactable by phone, or would call us back (even during her lunch break). She was friendly and efficient and a credit to the company. So we now have our motorhome and are busy kitting it out and ready to plan our adventures. Thankyou Marue and the Motorhome King team.

Just had an external aerial fitted to my motorhome this week. From start to finish the service and workmanship was superb. Many thanks to Marie for re-arranging my booking at short notice as well. Highly recommended and will be using them again in the future.

We’ve just returned home from a fabulous holiday doing the NC500 (north coast of Scotland) this was our first time hiring a motorhome and won’t be our last. Marie from start to finish was unbelievable helped us pick the best suited van for our family and our needs which was like home from home. We would highly recommend this company. Many thanks again for a great experience. Sam, Carl & Family

We will definitely use Motor home kings again . Tricia & Kevin

Just returned from a lovely week going up the Northumberland coast. It was our first time renting a motorhome so we were a little nervous. Marie at Motorhome Kings was very helpful and explained everything to us before we set off. She also responded quickly when we had a question during the week. The motorhome was very modern and everything was clean and in good working order. Thanks Marie and Motorhome Kings for a great experience.

Nice motorhome, second time we have used this company. Marie Robson helped us out when we had some questions during the trip, which we emailed to her and she promptly replied, even out of hours sometimes! Flexible on collection and drop off times when they are not too busy as well. Excellent support.
