Awful company avoid, I reserved a vw polo 2019 plate I was given a virtual walk around by Morgan and was only made aware of a slight dent in the boot. When I arrived on the Sunday to view the car there was multiple dents in the car and a huge indent in the passenger side skirt, Morgan told me This comes on all polos as it’s a defect when they get loaded of the truck, which is quite clearly a lie as I went to view multiple polos the same age and none had this problem. When we asked for the service history it had 1 stamp with vw and 1 stamp with motortrust in 6 years, he also said most cars don’t come with service history. Another terrible lie. We asked him what price he would take on the car and said he wouldn’t negotiate which is shocking
Considering the car was one huge red flag,however it gets worse, we made him aware we didn’t want to proceed with the purchase he said he would refund my deposit within 5 working days and categorically stated it had already been sent . I contacted them multiple times after the 5 working days and each time they said they either didn’t have anyone to speak to me or that they will contact Morgan. 10 days had past and I yet again contacted them and I was assured the money would be in my bank by 5pm that day, once again no money in my bank, I didn’t receive my refund until 3 days later after I’d emailed them and threatened them with small claims and this was 15 days after I’d made it clear I didn’t want the car. Avoid this company at all costs absolute cowboys

Great atmosphere about the place. All staff are approachable and courteous. The car we purchased was beautifully presented and we are delighted with it and the deal.
