Bought a car from James... Must say, out of all the dealerships, James was absolutely the best by a mile, he couldn't do enough for us. Not even the smallest doubt recommending this company.

I would highly recommend motor trust uk. From the moment i called and spoke to Carl the experience has been great. The process has been straightforward and I was kept updated. I had an issue with my car which I was part exchanging in and carl helped and resolved this in no time. The owner also came to say hello when I was finalising the sale which I thought was really nice. I am loving my new car and the experience has been great. I am recently widowed and was very apprehensive about buying a car on my own for the first time.
James very quickly put me at my ease because he was so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble and great communication.
I never felt under pressure to buy, which was one of the things I was worried about.

A great selection of quality cars but be wary- aftercare is non existent from my experience. I would look elsewhere.

Don't deal with this company as they do not deliver, I'm still waiting for the rest of my deposit back as promised by the sales guy. The sales manager never got back to me. I'm owed £250.00 still.
17/07 - they finally got back to me and have reimbursed the outstanding money.

James Taylor was very helpful nothing was to much trouble and made the purchase of my new car a trouble free experience good man and I will definitely return in the future.

Just found out a car I purchased through them had in fact been in an accident so is a class N.
If I was aware they had not checked I would have completed it myself so would not have purchased vehicle from the dealer.
Motor’s response…. They do not offer buyer protection!!!

Elite car & van in feltam. Happy to show proof of purchase. Now having to go through small claims as despite using my pip (personal independence payment) due to a disability I still haven’t been able to get a like for like replacement or refund of payment in fact the dealer offered another car that failed it HPI.

I have collected my car today. During the time of purchase and waiting to collect my husband and I have already recommended this company to a number of friends. The service is excellent! There was never a feeling of pressure. Useful, honest advice, friendly and professional. The whole process has been a breeze. Carl, a lovely chap, helped with the purchase and will most definitely be returning when we need another car. The whole team are really friendly without the usual 'vulture' attack the moment you step into a car yard. A huge choice of cars, catering for a wide range of budgets. Update post sale:
Once they have your business, Carl, not so great. At point of sale promised a courtesy car. I did need that promise as there was an issue with the car. There was no courtesy car available and I had to take a day from work. Costly. Andy as manager, did help very well with a complaint with the sold car and all was treated well. Work done, however did not replace my working wage. Most unhappy.
Updated service stamp was not upheld and therefore left for them to do so. This has been a problem. It is now late August and I still do not have it.

Please return my service history log. This has taken some time. Due to this I have reduced the the star mark.

I have worked in the Motor Trade for many years, so buying a car from a alternative dealer is something I have tried to avoid, but I went to see the guys at Motor Trust, and this made me realise how genuine and real some Company's are.
We chose a Range Rover, but for various reasons we decided to swap cars, Carl was very helpful and understanding, and nothing was to much trouble, in fact the whole team were polite and made us feel very welcome, I now have my car, and I am very happy, we are in fact looking for another car, and have asked Motor Trust to locate one.
Cars are mechanical items and can go wrong, but I have every faith that Carl and the team would look after me if this was ever the situation
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my family and friends

The best used car dealer I have used. The car I have purchased from them is a great car, well presented and well priced. Adam the sales advisor was great, nothing was too much. He kept me well informed along the journey.

Purchased a car on 22/07 - arrived a week late, with incorrect warranty, and a flat tire ……by 01/10 it had stopped working and needed a new engine. Motortrust did take the car back to fix it but took 6 months to do so. it was 6 months of having to chase, broken promises and a very poor service. 4 days after returning the car, it developed another fault. So in 8 months of having the car, i have had it on the road for 6 weeks.
David the sales manager talks a good game but his communication is terrible, and it was just broken promise after broken promise. I have spoken to Citizens advice and have been advised that i can request a refund under the consumer rights act , which i have done, but apparently Motortrust wont entertain this so will be looking to settle the dispute through an ombudsman or ADR. I beg anyone not to use these guys, it really isnt worth it

visited motor trust to look for a car and ended up buying two, The process from start to finish was made very simple by Shaun the salesman. no pressure to buy and left alone to look around the cars and you could even take the a test drive on your own, Any issues found were rectified before collection, Shaun was fantastic from start to finish and nothing was to much trouble, i would highly recommend Motor-Trust

Where do I start...... genuinely had a preconception about car dealers/car sales owners/sales people! Motor Trust, you guys have been amazing! The aftercare service I have received is second to none! I genuinely think any other dealers would of washed their hands on me, yes I've had a problem, now I don't! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on line,and at first I was a bit unsure and sceptical about it .

But the whole experience was surprisingly easy, the salesman I dealt with was Niko, who was very helpful professional and pleasant,from start to finish.

I had been looking for a decent low mileaged Kia Optima for some time , and eventually I found one on the Motortrust Preston site

I made an enquiry about the vehicle, and was sent a couple of detailed videos of it , I then highlighted a couple of imperfections I picked up on, whilst watching the video, which Niko agreed to address before I took ownership.

All my issues were then addressed as promised, and I was then sent another video for further inspection ,once I was happy, the deal was done ,payment was made, and my car was transported straight to my door in Scotland,it was as easy as that.

This was an excellent hassle free experience ,So thanks once again for your all your help Niko, I would 100% deal with you, and your company again👍🏼

One of the best experiences with a motor dealer I've had in a while, Tony the salesman was great, was very polite and given I'm fairly young (22) didn't judge or try to push me into anything, gave me the keys and left me to look around the car un interrupted, was very fair with my options and, have me advise on what to do with my part ex, told me everything I needed to know and got the car ready for when I wanted to collect it, upon arrival for collection, I was early and instead of just telling me to come back later, suggested somewhere to go for breakfast and gave me a reasonable time for me to come back and collect the car, overall a easy and stress free transaction highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, owner of the premesis is about and very friendly, unlike most places he's about and very sociable 5* very neat and tidy place 👍
