Rob was always quick to respond to our queries and we found him incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was accommodating of a second and third viewing of the premises. He is knowledgeable of the legalities around commercial properties which we found very informative and helpful. We look forward to working with him again.

Good Day, my niece inquired about a property, 26 Victoria Street on the weekend of 22nd September, inquiring regarding the Lease, Council Tax, Electricity Bills etc. Its a commercial property. She sent an email but after three days had not received a response. I called and followed up on 25th September at 2.27pm (spoke to Chloe) an was told that email had been received and that had been sent to the commercial department and my niece would be contacted. I also left my number as I explained she was at work and may not be able to answer. Still no reply by email or phone the following day 26th September at 2.42pm I called again and basically was told that the department would get a nudge. I called today 30th September and was told that the person in charge had been on holiday (strange there was no replacement), I asked to speak to a manager so as I could complain. and was told the contact regarding the inquiry in the commercial office was the Managing Director. In 30 years of the property trade i've never experienced anything like this. BE AWARE

The fact that Chloe had came to meet is at the property was nice prior to her coming to see our property for valuations.

Harry, Ami, Dominika and the rest of the MPK team were absolutely fantastic from the very beginning right up until the final exchange of keys. They delivered a very friendly and professional service that far surpasses their competitors on all accounts, MPK are highly recommended! 💯❤️
