Jason was pleasant, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of useful information.

Great customer service and comms between us the agent and the buyer. The agent was proactive in obtaining documents, answers to questions and helping the process flow, despite issues with Conveyencors . Really happy with our experience selling with MPK.

How can they sell houses when they don't answer their phones?
I have been ringing their Telford number, and it literally rings out, no answer machine, no auto-answer, no people. I've been trying for 2 days. If you are thinking of selling your house, I would never recommend using an estate agent that is not even set up to capture enquries by phone.

** UPDATE **
About a week after this review and after an e-mail from myself asking if they were selling the property or not, I got a call from one of the Agents. To be fair, she couldn't have been more apologetic and lovely and quickly got to work in setting up a viewing for us. After the viewing I learned that a few members of the team were off poorly and their phone system hadn't been set up to take voicemails in office hours, only out of hours, and that measures are being taken to rectify that so that they can capture all information.
Hopefully that is the case and if it is I am sure the other 5 star reviews will cancel this one out. But I am moving them from a 1 star to a 3 star due to my interactions when they did eventually speak to me.

Very experienced staff who helped me sell my house. They always explained everything clearly and gave me step by step updates.

Good, friendly, and helpful staff. Have been with them for over a year now, quite good.

The process was very quick for moving into our new home. The staff (Ami in particular) helped a lot with the referencing process and guided us through everything we needed to do before moving in.
