Great service from start to finish.
Currently paying for a boiler cover with a national company. Was quoted 7 day call out as its peak winter despite having a baby and pregnant wife for a No heating or Hot water.
Called multiple plumbers and all couldn’t come out for 24 hours or quoted stupid money (one quote I could have booked a holiday to Tenerife while I waited for my policy engineer to come out)
Called MPW and they got someone out within 45 mins and fixed the issue within 50 minutes.
Just in time to bath my baby before bed.
Engineer will very professional and informative .
Fantastic follow up from the office.
Have cancelled my policy from my other company and will switch to MPW in future once they have the new product in place.
Great service, they have a future customer and will be using them to also service my boiler

Called MPW the day before New Year’s Eve as we have been having cold showers for the last few days and with the weather getting colder wanted to get something sorted. They booked us in on New Year’s Eve first thing. We went out to get the shower and all was fitted within an hour. So impressed. Thank you MPW. We will be using you in the future.

Our boiler shut down on a Thursday night before the coldest weekend of the year. MPW arrived at 10:30 am and fixed it.

I called MPW and the guy couldn't have been more helpful. I took pictures and he talked me through what to do saving me £280!

MPW came out for an emergency fix of our boiler. They quickly diagnosed the problem which couldn’t be fixed. Then in the final few days before Christmas they fitted us in for a new boiler. They were responsive, clear on costs, and all seems to be working well. Many thanks!

An amazing service. Our boiler broke down on Saturday morning. MPW came out on Saturday afternoon. In total they came back 3 times to repair the boiler but ultimately a new part was needed and ordered. On Monday morning Matt was back and within half an hour the boiler was up and running. Very helpful and friendly service.

Matt from MPW was amazing. He was so helpful at fixing our boiler within 24 hours of calling him. He was also so helpful on the phone ahead of visiting the property. He was advising us on everything from testing the boiler and water. We would highly recommend MPW.

I called MPW to come look at my broken boiler. They were able to fit us in between other appointments to make it as soon as possible. Decided to do a boiler replacement instead due to how old ours was and they sent through multiple quotes and were really helpful with helping us decide. Super friendly throughout, very tidy and efficient, would highly recommend.

MPW was our savior. We had no heat and were facing a long weekend with guests. MPW / Matt got right onto it - though we were first-time customers. Dave arrived within hours and with his experience and skill resolved the issue 100%.

Plumbers were very prompt,(5-10 minutes early). Fitted shower excellently- no issues. Staff were courteous. They took the old shower parts and packaging away with them. Everything left neat and tidy in the shower room.

Review update Dec 2025: After the initial miscommunication, Matt promptly came out again and ensured our boiler was properly checked. We still haven't tried to run heaters and washing machine together to see if the issue has been solved but, should that not be the case, we are confident in calling MPW again and using them for our boiler needs moving forward.
Waited three weeks for an 'engineer' to come out. They barely tried to diagnose the problem, left after 30/40 mins and made things even worse. When called back (after 15 minutes from them leaving) I was told: "we can't just stay there waiting for the issue to appear. Your heaters don't work now but we don't know when we can come back". £114 invoice received in 5 minutes.
