Genuine and helpful
Mat from MPW Group very kindly helped my elderly Mum out when her boiler pilot light wouldn't re-light, leaving her with no heating or hot water. He did a brilliant job of talking her through the steps to try over the phone, and via Whatsapp, and between them they managed to get it all up and running again - with no lengthy wait for someone to attend in person. Very impressed to find a genuine tradesperson who was willing to give his time to help out, saving my Mum the hassle and money of a call out. Thank you!

The best plumbing business in town
MPW are a perfect plumbing business in my opinion. They get everything right: they pick up the phone and you get to speak to a real person, they confirm all the details in a text message, they show up when they say they will, and they do a great job!
This time I needed a tap and a plug hole changed, and it was all done professionally by the lovely Ben, who was courteous and knew his stuff.

Boiler breakdown, expertise and sourcing parts
My boiler broke down on a Saturday, leaving us without heating or hot water. I decided to wait until Monday to contact them to avoid the weekend call-out fees, and I’m so glad I chose this company. Matt turned up that same day to diagnose the problem.
We were initially told there was a severe shortage of the specific part needed and we were looking at a potential 3-month wait, which was a nightmare scenario. However, I was absolutely over the moon when they managed to source the part in South Wales! They actually travelled all the way there to pick it up personally just to get us back up and running.
Instead of months without heat, we were sorted in just 5 days. Matt truly went above and beyond. He is always responsive and genuinely a pleasure to have around. I can't recommend them highly enough for the extra mile they went to for us.

Incredible service & quality - can't recommend highly enough
As ever, fantastic service from Matt and his team. Came out within an hour at stupid-o-clock on a Sunday morning, diagnosed fault and fixed really quickly. Kept me informed at all times. All the staff are genuinely lovely people who really care and take time and trouble to fix things without fuss. Faultless customer service and quality work.

We have used MPW for many years
We have used MPW for many years. I recommend then frequently to others. They have been amazing with sorting out our heating system following a recent house move. Even though busy they managed to come out to sort out a system that wouldn’t turn on/ leaking radiators and now replace old radiators. This was our first time using MPW Ltd. First impressions were very good when dealing with their employees over the phone. Our appointment was easy to organise and our engineer Zak was very punctual. He was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Any organisation is only as strong as the employees they hire and retain. Zak is a great ambassador for MPW Ltd.
