Stand was confusing. Instructions are terrible. Had to search online on how to put together

This is for our Granddaughter who has taken an interest in the piano and guitar. Since is still very young, we did not want to spend thousands of dollars on a piano. She is enjoying it very much since it can be lowered to her height. I haven't yet had time to read all the different things it can do, but she is busy just pressing buttons to see.

No, what I expected. It’s the same piano Glyry Music.

We are old and the assembly directions were complicated. I am a piano player and all the buttons look interesting but I have no idea how to use them. Is there a book available for me to read? It looks beautiful and takes up less space than the baby grand. We moved to a smaller house but still sing in choirs. Can I buy a book about the keyboard and everything it does?

The keyboard itself is great. The music support will not fit in the holes, and therefore not useable. I’m been informed that part cannot be replaced without getting a replacement order. I no longer have the keyboard packaging, so no materials to repackage and return. No other resolution has been offered.

The keyboard arrived quickly within a few days. It was well packed and secured. When I couldn’t figure out where to plug in the headphones I bought for it, I emailed Mustar. They got back to me within hours and solved the problem immediately!
I love this instrument! It sounds just like a piano. The feel of the keys is perfect. The pedal works just as it should when playing. The body is made of wood and has a gorgeous finish. Overall, I am just so very pleased with my purchase and recommend this company to everyone!

Great for the price

The Mustar Mdp1200 is exactly what my wife wanted. Took a few tries to learn the transpose function but everything else went very smoothly. We has 3 or 4 of the Casio and other brand keyboard but this looks, sounds and feels like regular piano.

I received my piano yesterday. It is made of wood which I do like, a full size keyboard..
It was packed very nicely, but I do have a little dent in the music holder.
It arrived on time.
The stand, to start with was a bit confusing, but if you go on YouTube you can see exactly how it works very easy. 😁

I ordered the 1200 Mustar piano. When it arrived I discovered a piece that was not functional. I reached out to Mustar. They sent a Fedx return label and refunded me immediately when they received it. How awesome is that??? Excellent Service ladies and gentlemen!!!

What would make me a repeat customer is an online tutorial on how to navigate the 1300 piano. The YouTube customer reviews descriptions are not detailed enough. I'm a baby boomer and need more detailed instructions.

I recently purchased the MEP-1400 88 key electric keyboard. I received it and just a couple days after purchase it stopped working. I only played it couple times before the piano would no longer turn on despite being plugged in. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it is no longer working for me. Too expensive to just randomly break like that.
