I recently purchased a piano from this company and I am very pleased with the quality of this product. I had a small issue with selecting the various tones, but this was sorted very quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

This is a beautiful piece of equipment, full keyboard, nice bench and stand. Can't wait to play it. I think very reasonably priced, delivered quickly, love it!

Product was delivered on time and so far it seems to be good quality.

Not very impressed so far. I have a part of my order, but apparently the courier they used said the main part was too heavy, and has has been returned. No explanation from either the company or the courier, just one line in tracking ‘sent back to sender’. Only found out when chasing delivery. Poor service.
Piano keyboard order was placed on 25th April with a promised delivery of 2-5 days. After the fiasco of the first delivery Mustar promised to sort out the courier (as per their reply and informed me they would re- despatch using a different courier. They did re-despatch on 4th May, but using the same courier, Evri, what has followed has been almost a repeat of the first delivery fiasco. On 6th May delivery was promised ‘next working day’, didn’t happen. Email from Evri 7th May said delivery by latest 9.30pm 8th May still no sign. Between Mustar and Evri this is most incompetent attempt to deliver a single parcel.

Very happy with my Piano keyboard! Was very hesitant ordering a huge product from an online business. Product came as stated on correspondences from Company. I was confused at first, as only 1 package was received, the bench, but the order stated full product was delivered. I contacted Customer Service via email. Perfect customer service! The Rep was in constant contact with me for several days, she looked into my order, and said the 2nd package will be delivered separately. It was delivered 2 days later. I started to put together the frame, but the keyboard portion (weighted keys) was extremely heavy, could not lift it by myself. Needed a 2nd person to help lift and install the keyboard onto the frame. Keep that in mind. Sound of piano is Beautiful! there are 600-800 different sounds/beats to choose from, aside from the normal piano sound. Only drawback is the headphone jack is in the back of keyboard, but the keyboard is against a wall, only spot I had in room. So it is not convenient to use,for quiet use. A front side jack would be optimal.

The keyboard sounds great. I received it quickly and it was easy to put together.

Delivery service great, the piano overall is beautiful and the sound is really good.

This keyboard is high quality, beautiful, well-made, easy to assemble, delivered in a timely manner, and a great price. You will be satisfied with it whether you are a beginner or a seasoned player. I highly recommend it!

I ordered the Mustar keyboard for my 8 year old grandson who requested one to take lessons with. It arrived & he brought the package inside the house & opened the box. He started playing it & had the house full of music & his Mom bouncing her head & dancing as she worked in her studio. He loves it! Thank you!

Worst experience shipping! Website said 3 day shipping and it’s been over a week and the piano is in the middle of Colorado! Don’t waste your time with this order a real piano from amazon. Never again!’nn

I was skeptical and worried about our first purchase due to other reviews but I took a chance . The piano shipping label was created the same day and I received my piano that I bought for my daughter within 3 days . It was shipped from California . Super fast shipping .

So far all 88 keys work and sounds so good . My daughter love it so much . The assembly only take 10 mins . Wish I could attach photo of the white piano MDP 3000 .

I am very pleased with my purchase. I ordered the MEP-900 based on the semi-weighted keys and being a full 88 keys. It arrived two days earlier than expected which made me super happy and was very well packaged for shipping. The stand was a little complicated to put together but once that was taken care of getting set up and started was smooth sailing. The electric piano sounds wonderful with a full range and having the option to plug in headphones as well as having it plugged into my tablet to play music without disturbing the rest of the house is a huge bonus. Overall very pleased with everything and would recommend to others looking to get started.

Amazing company and the Keyboard is 5plus quality.

My piano just arrived. It was easy to assemble and its plug and play. Sounds great. Easy to play. Feels like my upright. Its defnitely my new gigging piano.

My order arrived with a broken piece. I’ve been in communications with them and they’re looking at sending me the replacement but that’s why the 3 stars. I’m glad they’re responding and I love the piano so far but cannot put it together until I have the pedal support piece. I’m hopeful!

Not a bad keyboard for the price

My Mustar is real nice. Directions were week but I worked it out. Good packaging saved the return. I like this piano and hope to enjoy it for many years.
