Yes there’s a required down payment but that’s with most extended warranty places, I feel at ease now knowing I have coverage for every day repairs it’s that time of year where everyone’s traveling.

The process of talking with a vendor was easy then gathering a good package for you was OK but when I experience a problem doing the process, I told them to wait and I’ll get back with them. Before I could get back with them, they already charge my bank For the down payment of this auto warranty.

This is very misleading review and has zero truth to it at all. Reviewed the call, which was 32 minutes long and you clearly approved the activation fee being ran, knew it was being processed and verbally agreed to it. So not sure where this false and fabricated review came from, but its better to get things resolved by calling our amazing customer service department if you did not understand something or made a mistake. This is the worst experience I have…
This is the worst experience I have ever had filing a claim on our customers behalf for repairs. We deal with a lot of extended warranty companies, some good, most bad, but this has been the absolute worst. All we got was a month long run around with no answers until finally, almost everything was denied. Terrible customer service with no answers, and no way to speak to anyone in management. When I messaged the CMO on Linkedin with a legitimate complaint about his company, he blocked me rather than address it. Run as far away from this company as possible. Do not trust your auto extended warranty with these people. I read their reply and I stand behind every word of my review. Don't say you haven't been warned. Worst experience ever!

We work with repair facilities every day and understand how important timely communication and clear answers are when a customer’s vehicle is awaiting repairs. Also, PRE EXISTING problems are not covered under any service plan.
Claims are reviewed based on the customer’s specific coverage, the cause of failure, inspection findings when applicable, maintenance requirements, and the terms and exclusions of the service contract. Unfortunately, not every repair submitted as part of a claim will necessarily qualify for coverage, and a denial does not mean the claim was not properly reviewed.
That said, a repair facility should not feel that it is being given the runaround or unable to get clear information regarding a claim decision. We take that portion of your feedback seriously and will review the communication surrounding this claim.
Regarding communication with individual employees through their personal LinkedIn accounts, those accounts are not an official customer service or claims channel. We encourage concerns regarding a specific claim to be directed through our company’s established channels so they can be properly documented, reviewed, and addressed.
We appreciate the feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the claims experience for both our customers and the repair facilities assisting them.

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the outcome of your claim. However, making payments and maintaining an active service contract does not automatically mean every mechanical failure is eligible for coverage.
In this case, the claim was reviewed and denied because the transmission failure was determined to be pre-existing, meaning the condition existed prior to the applicable coverage. The vehicle’s service history also did not show that the transmission had been serviced at the manufacturer-recommended intervals.
We understand how frustrating it is to have a major repair denied, especially after maintaining coverage for over a year. However, we are required to administer every claim according to the terms of the service contract and cannot authorize a failure that falls outside those terms.
We would be happy to review the claim with you and explain the specific findings that resulted in the denial.
Misunderstanding.
Misunderstanding...I thought it was a car insurance but after an hour talking I found out it's a car warranty ... please cancel and reimburse my down payment of $99
