Three months ago I applied for my adult daughters to get a British passport for the first time. The younger one got her passport without issue. The older one received an email requesting more documentation. We immediately requested help from UK Britishpassport to help us. We struggled to get documents and some were in French that had to be 100% translated to English. We asked the consultant to request an extension to the deadline. Instead he asked the examiner to reconsider the need for more documents asking what more they would prove. The examiner agreed and approved the application. My older daughter now has a new British passport thanks to Jan at UKBritishPassport.

Natasha my consultant was great. She answered all my questions promptly and made very sure that I had all the correct information even though it was time consuming, difficult and tedious.
The only more than frustrating experience had nothing to do with the consultant it had to do with why I could not have gone to the British Consulate or Embassy in Ontario to have my original documents acknowledged and verified. Canad is still part of the commonwealth and it made absolutely no sense that you would put me in a dire case of stress should I have potentially lost these documents somewhere in transit. Sending the only original copies I had even by verified and secure courier was more than daunting and extremely stressful.

I had a rather complicated application process after my British passport expired many years ago, I was now living abroad, and my name changed. However, Christa (my assigned agent) stepped me through the process and resolved a number of unforeseen hurdles along the way. She was very responsive and supportive. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone needing to renew or reapply for a new passport. They take away all stresses and are worth every penny!

Whilst the requirements seem ridiculous, this is government policy which the staff have no control over. Anelia made the whole process bearable with her professionalism and competence.

The whole experience from start to finish was easy to follow with the help of Saretha. She was extremely helpful from the beginning of the application process and all the steps along the way! I received perfect instructions that were easy to follow and received encouraging reminders if we hadn’t emailed something yet. We received the new passport in a timely manner!

I used UK abroad for 3 family applications. Christa was our consultant and she was amazing! She let us know what documents were required and answered all my questions quickly. She kept us up to date with how the applications were progressing and what extra info was required to complete one application.

I worked with Miguel whose instructions were very clear and concise, with good explanations what was needed and why, explaining the next steps at each stage.
It was unfortunate that DHL was used as currier, they were the only negative part of renewing my passport, they were totally unreliable.

I went online to renew my British Passport ... filled out the form and paid the fee.
To my surprise I received an email from Shaun (UK Passport Consultant ... with his photo attached) advising that my application had been received and that he would be my contact to help me through the process. The next step was clearly described, and after I'd completed that step I replied to confirm as requested.
For each step I received acknowledgement and an update from Shaun. The whole process was made easy & stress-free ... I felt fully supported all the way.
Gosh!! This is good old-fashioned customer service ... such a novelty these days and I love it!
Thank you for having people in your team (like Shaun) treating people with care and respect and providing fabulous support through a task that could be intimidating.

Madeleine was extremely efficient, replying to our queries promptly. So many documents to get together for this Application. Madeline explained everything in detail with very clear instructions.

My consultant/helper, Jan was amazing. He even rang rather than rely on the email to advise what we needed to do. As I am of the older generation, I found this very helpful. He was there to advise & reach out throughout the whole process of the passport. Jan kept me informed of everything throughout the passport process. When it was received, photos were correct or how to take the correct photo & how to send them correctly. Jan advised when everything was received & the process was happening. He advised me when they were being sent & when to even expect delivery. I was very happy to advised Jan that I had received my passport.
