so accesible, especially during sudden SL at work. the issueing of the medcert is fast as well, no wait of more than a day. and for its price, a better deal already compared to other clinics. will use again in the future

I had wonderful experience with their service. I was sick and wasn't able to attend classes, and my university requires a medical certificate. I was diagnosed and checked-up accordingly, and they immediately processed my medical certificate. Thank you so much to doc!

The service is fast and reliable

General Consult wasn't helpful at all. The consultation/communication was closed prematurely (due to a glitch) even though I had asked a follow-up question and was still expecting a response.

Since they’re a fairly new company, I understand that some processes may still be improving. However, I was also disappointed that they initially couldn’t process my refund, and their support email address wasn’t working, which made it difficult to get assistance.

Edit/Update: Their alternate email address, admin@mydocexpress, is working, and this is where they reached out to me to process my refund. I appreciate them taking the time to personally discuss the issue and reach out to me.

That said, I still believe the UI/UX and overall customer support process could be drastically improved to prevent these kinds of issues from happening in the future. Clearer communication channels and a more seamless support process would make a big difference, especially for a company that is still growing.

I’m leaving this review not just for my personal experience, but also as constructive feedback that I hope the company can use for improvement and that future customers can be aware of. I appreciate the effort they made to address my concern and hope they continue improving their service.

My experience was very great, I get to have my medical certificate for absence of work in just a matter of 10 minutes of waiting. I saved time and effort going to on-site clinics for it.
