I never signed up to MYIQ's service and have been charged £29.99 unknowingly four times, because I don't monitor that account closely.
The whole company is a big scam! STAY AWAY!
I demanded a refund and got several identical and completely non committal responses from a "David" without any acknowledgement of wrongdoing or further action being taken on their part. What a huge scam! I am furious!

As with many other users I too fell for this con trick. There is nothing transparent about how they conduct business. It was interesting that my UK bank would not let the original £1.00 fee go through however it did so via PayPal but even then they took 2 x 50p deductions. I'm sure their practice of massaging our academic egos byinforming you that you are a GENIUS is all part of the trick. As suggested by PP I contacted them several times. They did reply but interestingly none of their emails gave me the opportunity to respond to each email and I noticed a repeating request for information. To overcome this I copied all the texts into 1 further email so that they could not continue to hide behind having no references Nothing happened. I immediately cancelled the ACTIVE monthly subscription that they had set up on my PayPaI. I then raised the issue with PayPal directly detailing the problems and within an hour they had settled the claim in my favour and issued a refund. BE CAREFUL

I did not authorize a recurring subscription. Cancel this immediately and refund the recent charge."

Unauthorized subscription. I was misled by the$1 offer and charged for a full subscription without clear consent. Support is refusing a refund despite my immediate request.

I never signed up 4 subscription only took a£1 test they the billed me 4 2 months unbeknown to me there stole my credit card details with no authorisation bad company a,scam beware

You are a media thief hiding in a website. I didn't notice that you are stealing my money for a long time. £29.99 every month on different date is totally a scum... Reviewing my online banking now. I want a total refund.

This is a scam I believed I was purchasing a one off iq test and this company is now taking money out of my account on a regular basis. It is impossible to contact them every time I try I get robot Dave replying to me does anyone know how to get a refund or response

I took what I thought was a one-time IQ test for a small fee, only to be hit with a surprise $29.99 subscription charge 7 days later. The "trial" terms were not clearly disclosed, and I never intended to sign up for a monthly service.
I have already canceled the subscription, but the company is trying to keep my $29.99 by offering "access" until next month. I do not want the service; I want my money back. I am filing a dispute with my bank/Cash App immediately. Please process my refund now.

In good faith, I did an IQ test with myIQ and to my shock and horror they not only charged me for the test, but also an annual subscription. I am really disappointed by this tactic and when contacting customer support I was informed that it was non-refundable and they couldn’t help me.

I will now need to take this to another instance given the «apparent theft» here.

This is a scam company be very very wary pay 50p then get billed 24.99 per month . very dishonest in my opinion

After watching secret genius I decided to test my IQ and came across myiq.com. The first thing I noticed was that the questions were far too easy. Along the way they cleverly boost your ego, telling you you are in the top 4% (I'm sure they tell everyone the same!). Then at the end, when I saw they were asking for £1.00 for the results, the penny dropped, as I've come across these scams before. I didn't give my card details. I never would to an unknown site until I've checked for reviews and scams. What a good laugh they must have at anyone who thinks they're in the top 4% falling for a scam like this. Be very very wary out there!

SCAM ARTISTS AND THIEVES BASICALLY. Pay for a test and they silently sign you up for a subscription. Nowhere does
it warn you, or let's you know or even ASKS you. Takes £29.99 out of your account 2 weeks later. I suggest you pay me back MyIQ else bad reviews EVERY DAY SHARED TO SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT WHAT IRRESPONSIBLE, UNETHICAL THIEVING SCAMMERS YOU ARE.
