Clear understanding and advice
The Advisor called at the agreed time and was friendly and easy to talk with, and understand. Options were discussed and actions agreed. These were executed efficiently with great communication throughout.

I started the processs of transfering…
I started the process of transfering my pension under advice after contacting MPE back in November 25 and finally committing in Jan 26.MPE said transfer would take approx 4/6 weeks to complete it took until August 26 this despite the fact I was retiring. In my experience MPE are a sales company that know a little about pensions. Lots of shine on the outside but rusty on the inside. Think very carefully about moving a pension particulary if you pension needs due dillegence. Beware the sale is more important than the process I feel. I complained and following a poor response they finally investigated and the response still was not entirely factual. In addition the settlement offer was negligible thanks largely to my old pension performing better than the one MPE recommend and transfered me into. The irony eh!

Fast payment.
I was very sceptical.
But my husband insisted.
I started with a phone call on 20th July and had his pension payment of 25% lump sum on 12th August.
The pension experts said it would take 4 weeks and we thought that was good.
But the speed of payment was even better than that.
They took time to listen to us,and really seemed to care.
Did talk to lots of different pension experts which I was not keen on but they were all nice and knowledgeable and friendly.
They say will be on hand if we need them so that is nice to know.

Everything was well explained throughout the transitions were effortless for me and the end product was to my liking
The reason I didn’t give 5 stars probably had communication with too many people in the first instance. I’m not a regular user of the internet so was very nervous of scammers.
