Excellent pension advice with time taken to get it right for me
Plenty of time taken to understand my needs and hopes. The advice given was very good and once decision made they ensured it all got sorted very smoothly. I ended up with a better solution that I wished for when I first contacted them.

The process of going through the assessment and subsequent advice was reassuring that I had an optimum deal for my needs.

Do not Trust
I dealt with MPE regarding an Annuity Quote which turned into an inquisition regarding my investments and what they could do for me compared to my current provider. Under extreme pressure from Thomas Lee Director he extracted personal details of my current plan from me, I felt stressed, under duress and very much pressurised. I cut ties with them as I felt my gut was telling me they are cowboys. They got me signing all sorts of paperwork sent via email and call me to
Open mail so they could talk me through it so that I wouldn’t read it first then ask me to sign the paperwork. I was such a fool going along with it.. After all this I told them to never contact me again. But they still contacted my investment provider 2 wks later to get their hands on my portfolio breakdown. This company should be closed down. Do not trust them as I unfortunately did. Why are they still trying to find out about my investments. What’s in it for them?

Not impressed. Forced to transfer to MPE from another company. Had a pension review and agreed some actions but only half of them were implemented so expected tax reduction not forthcoming. Emailed complaint to MPE a month ago but no response.
