Nanny Smart Agency is very professional but friendly, Sharan is careful and considerate when matching you with a family , she is helpful and supportive throughout and communicates well at every stage, I thoroughly recommended this agency.

I would definitely recommend this agency. Unlike other agencies I have tried, I felt that Sharan really listened to my requirements and presented us with well-researched, high calibre candidates. When it didn't work out with the first nanny (no fault of Sharan), she immediately helped us find another one and I couldn't be happier. Finding the right childcare is a difficult thing but working with Sharan has really eased the process for us. And much better than the bigger agencies which charge higher fees and provide a much lower quality of service.

Excellent Agency.

I was looking for a nanny to look after my two children while my partner and I work. Sharan was very helpful and made this process very easy. She asked great questions and helped us find a suitable nanny. I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend this agency.

I am disgusted by this agency unprofessional approach. I wrote a genuine review on 14th of May 2020 and they left a statement full of lies and defamations. I have been a nanny for many years and my references are glowing. And why would I write more then one review ? Sharan Gill was incredibly rude to me as she wanted to offer a job that paid peanuts and I refuse it. She then become very rude and shouted at me.
I have not decided to become a nanny over night and most certainly do not believe that being a nanny is easy money, is hard work with great responsibility, how dare you undermine my profession? This company is a disgrace.

A truly horrific agency experience. I am a parent looking for a nanny and I had the displeasure to encounter Sharan Gill whom far surpasses rudeness to the most disturbing level. She was insulting and downright offensive in every imaginable way. She clearly has some real personal issues as she became extremely nasty. I do not believe she is fit for this job and possibly for none.

Sharan was amazing in our nanny search process. She asked great questions to understand the famlies needs, provided us with better candidates compared to all agencies I have worked with, realized the importance of working quickly, took feedback and iterated as needed on the candidates and then really helped make decisions. I was very impressed with Sharan who was friendly, straightforward and efficient. She understood what we were looking for and didn't waste my time with unsuitable candidates. The au pair she suggested was spot on - I am hoping she will be able to start when restrictions are lifted!
