Went for first aid and Security Guard refresher course.Every thing was spot on. Julie was too good in her expertise. Practical equipment were neat and tidy. Definitely, would love to recommend everyone this academy for SIA and First aid courses.

Very pleasant session . The team at Nationwide academy made the day go smoothly. The trainer , Julie Booth was very friendly, warm and professional. I really enjoyed doing my training here and would highly recommend Nationwide academy.

What a course tutor Phil and Julie are really good at what they do and you have a laugh as well while doing it I will not be going anywhere else to do courses.

Attended the SIA top up course for CP even though I find that CP guys will be negative about attending the course. The course was very professional and informative I would certainly recommend Nationwide Academy to all.

The experience was best because all models was explained. We all take in turns to perform what we have been told.

I am all for refreshing skills. However, the SIA should not be charging a penny for the license and they should cover the cost of refresher training. I can understand charging for the initial first course to enter the industry but that's it. Cost of living crisis hello??? Out of touch system we live under as per.

The training provider however I can not fault, thankyou so much.

Nationwide academy what a place. Love the staff love the courses love everything about what use do. Your service and knowledge is second to none. And a no brainer every time to come to use for my top ups and more. I can advise people that if you are a little on edge on making that step into the industry that at nationwide academy. They will welcome you with open arms and give you the knowledge and training to start a new journey into the security industry. The classes well not only will you learn a lot weather it will be on dangers or first aid. But the classes them self are fun. You all have a great time and instantly make new friends. I had a great time learning at this academy and feel like I’ve gained the knowledge to keep people safe in my place of work. I would 100% recommend this academy as the staff members are great and supportive throughout the training.

My experience with Nationwide Academy was very good. The staff were very knowledgable and supportive. As I have disabilities, there were times where my success was due to their supportive and patient nature.
During the courses I have completed, the use of a mix of humour and real contexts enabled the group to learn about some tricky and hard hitting concepts whilst maintaining a positive outlook and maintaining wellbeing.

Over the years I have completed SIA door supervisor, CCTV and First Aid. All equipment was provided and supported learning.

I would thoroughly recommend Nationwide Academy as this Academy is a place of life long learning, where you can return to renew and refresh your skills with excellent Tutors and enjoyable courses.

A daunting experience of doing your door supervisor course and top up was made enjoyable by the owners and staff . Great facilities and fantastic knowledge of what it takes to train people up and pass there exams. I’ve been going the Nationwide Academy formerly Bolton Security since 2016 and always enjoy the courses including the first aid with a little giggle along the way .I will be back there next year to do my top up and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone who wants to learn the many courses that they do , Security Guard , Door Supervisor , Emergency first aid , etc . The banter with Julie sets the tone throughout the day to put people at ease and calms the nerves.

I can't recommend Nationwide Academy highly enough. I wasn't sure what to expect beforehand and didn't know if it was the right option for me, but I'm so glad I took part and I will definitely be back soon to learn more.

I completed my SIA CP course at Bolton Security. I couldn’t speak highly enough about the level of training and how competent the staff where.

Did my SIA CP top up course in April with Nationwide Academy, great course nice easy pace great facilities and staff were very knowledgeable in their fields of expertise. Can't fault this course at all and would recommend to anyone in the future.

A genuinely brilliant delivery of the course content by course instructors Julie and Phil. The content was perfectly explained and disseminated in a concise and professional manner. Their delivery methods were brilliant. Time was taken to ensure everyone on the course understood the content. A very down to earth and professional delivery which was appreciated by all in attendance.

I cannot recommend Nationwide Academy highly enough. Working in the Hostile CP industry, quite a few lads have attended Nationwide Academy, and every one of them have had a compeltely positive experience.

For any future courses I am required to complete, i will be returning to Nationwide Academy.

I recently completed the SIA Door Supervisor course with Nationwide Academy, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the training. The instructors were knowledgeable and experienced, providing clear explanations and practical demonstrations.

The course covered all the essential topics, including conflict management, physical intervention, and legal responsibilities. I felt well-prepared to handle challenging situations that may arise in a door supervisor role.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, providing a conducive learning environment. I also appreciated the opportunity to practice skills in a simulated setting.

Overall, I would highly recommend Nationwide Academy to anyone looking for a top-notch door supervision training course. The training was informative, engaging, and valuable.

Poor facilities 0nly 3 lights working out of 6 .
People struggling with knee pain and back pain spending long periods on a dirty floor .
No apparatus was cleaned and also no lunch included.
Course felt hectic and unorganised paperwork everywhere.
Equipment not fit for purpose faulty manikins and defibrillators.
Language a issue from course instructor very dissatisfying.

Did my CP top up and first aid with them and although a hard course it was made easy and transparrant,highly recommend
