NEC is so far a really good course
NEC is so far a really good course, although I have some complaints, especially with their outdated book requirements and the level of difficulties I had to go through to get my IGCSE Geography book. Some of their recommended links sometimes lead to scary virus getting sites. Other than that,they really are a good option.

Overall everything seems great and…
Overall everything seems great and professional. I’m taking 2 A-level courses for now and about to purchase another course soon.
Ps. I had to ask for transferring courses and they were really helpful. Also whenever I reached to the student support for any enquiries, they were nice and willing to help. So I’m satisfied with the service!

Lack of confidence
I was very disconcerted that there were errors in the introduction quiz and was unable to share this information with my tutor. This made me lose confidence in the course

NEC were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and the only online provider who went the extra mile to check on potential exam clashes and practical endorsements. We did a lot of research and found NEC the most helpful, experienced and also not pushy at all. I can’t recommend them enough – best company, service and content we have come across for a long time and true educators.

Great experience so far
When we applied for the nec the woman on the phone helping us was genuinely lovely and very helpful .The course is easy to follow and in a good format that’s clear to understand and work through .This combined with the ebook they give you access to provides so much information on your course .Very happy with my descion.

Enrolment
The process of enrolling was pretty straightforward. I was paying by installments so I did it over the phone. The person I spoke to was very helpful. The procedure with the credit company required a number of steps but it all happened very smoothly and they kept me notified by email. The whole thing probably took about an hour. NEC's website (for the course itself) is well thought out and easy to use.

Positive Experience
I decided to re-enrol with the NEC to study for a Spanish 'A' Level after successfully completing a Spanish iGCSE with them last year. The person I contacted was very friendly and helpful. I asked if it was possible to have the same tutor as last year (as she was so good) and this was arranged quickly and efficiently. I'm really looking forward to studying for my 'A' Level with NEC as I had such a positive experience with them previously.

Great learning materials
Great learning materials from NEC. Detailed examples and lots of practice questions. The student forum is useful too as the tutors will respond to you on there also.

Good but not worth the money.
The course itself does provide you with a exam booking system and support of a tutor to grade and mark your assesment. A lot of information and things to learn. But this course by itself does not prepare you for the actual exam. my first exam I sat caught me off guard as I though the nec course will be enough to pass the exam. Oh boy was I wrong. I had to go and do even more learning using books. BBC bitesize, reviewing past papers and mark sheets, youtube videos etc. the course is very good BUT not for the money I have paid for it due to the fact that 80% of all of it is for free on bbc bitesize. A little dissapointed
