Det här är ett av de absolut sämsta flygbolagen jag någonsin haft att göra med. Servicen var extremt dålig och de tar inget som helst ansvar för sina misstag. Vid incheckningen på Arlanda fick vi beskedet att det inte fanns några biljetter bokade, trots att vi hade bokningsbekräftelse. Personalen från Nordic Neckermann ljög oss rakt i ansiktet utan någon skam eller heder. Efteråt fick vi höra att vi registrerats som “no show”, trots att vi bevisligen var på plats och även kan visa taxikvitto. Fullständigt oacceptabelt och ett företag jag aldrig rekommenderar någon att resa med.

Website was easy to navigate - but what was the most important to us was customer service and have to give 5 out 5 . Each time we called the phone was answered without having to go through 20 options !

Booked by the reservation team, great service. MGA airline were amazing and welcoming, we had a wonderful flight. Lovely private transfer minibus with professional drivers. Great hotel and facilities especially for families, and staff who always accommodated with everything you asked for. Booked to travel with Neckermann Travel again in October. Would definitely recommend.

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Turkey in all ultra AI with swim up room. The hotel and experience was absolutely outstanding. First time I've used this company. It was a nice, easy and straightforward booking procedure with a pleasant and polite lady on the phone. I was also given the option to book online. The email confirmation and deposit receipt was very prompt. Very good service indeed.
