Be careful when ordering
I am in the United States and it said free international shipping, which I didn’t take into Account duty fees, which are costly
The carrier they sent it to sent the duty fee and that the item would be expected by November 4, 2026
That is ridiculous and I have not received it so I requested a cancellation because of no specific delivery dateand they are not helpful or cooperating
I will never order from this company again and I hope people living in the United States is very careful because customer service is not helpful and the shipping times and duties are ridiculous!

For customers based in the US, we would always recommend ordering via our US website. Orders placed through our UK site are shipped from the UK, which means any customs charges, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are applied by the destination country. When ordering via our US site, these additional charges would not apply.

I’m sorry to hear there has been a delay with your delivery and that this wasn’t clearly communicated. Once an order has been dispatched internationally, we are unfortunately limited in making changes such as cancellations while it is in transit.

I’m also unable to locate any correspondence from you with our Customer Care team, so we haven’t yet had the opportunity to look into this for you directly. We would absolutely be happy to review this further and support where we can.

Have bought and have had Neom gifts in…

Have bought and have had Neom gifts in the past and have loved each one of them. The most special gift I received was the Neom Advent Calendar. Could not fault anything in it. Recent purchase a few days ago is being sent to Australia so hopefully it will arrive undamaged.

Neom diffuser

Was given one of Neom’s small diffusers for Christmas. I loved it, small, compact and the Neom essential oils are wonderful. However, the unit now won’t charge and will not work even if attached to the charger. So disappointed.

Your Pod does come with a 12 month warranty, so we would absolutely like to help resolve this for you. Even if it was a gift, we can still assist, we may just need a little more information to assess it.

Foam bubble bath has become runny and has a diluted consistency. Very disappointing

Until just now, I would have left a 5 star review, having used Neom products over at least 5 or more years.

I just used some of the Neom Luxury Foam Bath - a product which I’ve adored and used consistently for all the time I’ve used Neom products.

Sadly, it has clearly been subject to ‘shrink-flation’ as it’s a totally different consistency from previous products I’ve purchased in this range. It’s become extremely diluted and runny, and I therefore accidentally poured far more into the bath than I’d intended or done in the past.

I truly hope that Neom won’t respond to this serious complaint by adding synthetic fillers to reintroduce the thicker consistency that is experienced in the past… I hope that Neom will reinstate the excellent consistency of the Foam Bath but not raise the price…!

Resolved a delivery issue quickly

I have bought a couple of times from this company. The first time there were no issues but the second order went missing in transit. Customer care resolved the issue quite quickly and I received the replacement order in time to give it as a birthday present

lost Neom diffuser plastic stopper

I have a Neom diffuser, and I lost the little plastic stopper. Emailed Neom Customer Service who offered to mail out a replacement at no cost to myself, arrived literally the next day, super polite emails, excellent products and customer service - highly recommend !

Large diffuser...brought their large diffuser from qvc and I cant use it now I clean it ever night but no matter what it stinks of stale water....after an hour.....and for the price its totally unacceptable

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience with our Pod Luxe.

This doesn’t sound like the experience we’d expect, especially if you’re cleaning it regularly. A stale water smell can sometimes be linked to oil build-up within the unit, which may require a deeper clean using a small amount of rubbing alcohol, as water alone won’t always break this down.

I’m unable to see any previous correspondence from you, so we haven’t had the opportunity to look into this for you yet. As your diffuser was purchased via QVC, it would come with a 12 month warranty through them, so if it is still within that period we would recommend contacting QVC directly in the first instance.

First class service…

My order of three Real Luxury products arrived promptly, but damaged in transit, with a container of shower cream broken open and more than half emptied into the box and over the other products. The courier made no attempt to speak to me, having driven off before I reached the door.
Consequently, it was great to be able to ring Neom's customer service team and explain the situation to Flo, a very helpful adviser, who immediately arranged a replacement without charge. I'm delighted to say that this arrived within 24 hours via a different courier company.

Tried the NEOM Wellbeing Perfect…

Tried the NEOM Wellbeing Perfect Night’s Sleep Mist (30ml) recently.

It’s alright overall, which is nice for winding down in the evening. The scent does help create a relaxed vibe before bed, but I’d say it’s just okay-ish in terms of actual results.

I’ve been having a bit of trouble sleeping lately, and while it’s pleasant to use, I didn’t notice a big difference in my sleep quality.

Feels more like a nice bedtime luxury than something properly functional. Not bad, just not amazing either.

Tatty Ripped Packaging

Paid £140 for a Mother’s Day gift and it arrived in a tatty ripped box. This was not done in transit as the outer box was undamaged so they just got an old ripped gift box and put all the very expensive items in it and still sent it!! What an embarrassment to have to give this as a gift when it looked like I had bought it from a car boot sale. I won’t be wasting any more money at this company
