A top company !

Neom is a great company whose products I love. I have had issues with my mini Pod. All the custoner advisors who assisted me did so professionally and promptly.
I am pleased with the outcome and feel that Neom provides excellent service.

I contacted Neom for some safety advice…

I contacted Neom for some safety advice regarding using their products around children. As I work a school I required the relevant paperwork from them.
I had a reply from Lauren part of their customer service team who has excellent, she informed me of the procedure that I had to go through and explained everything I would need for my enquiry.
She responded to my emails promptly when I emailed her and when my query was dealt with, which was done so
quickly and professionally, Lauren also followed up with a thank you message.
The whole process was excellent and I could not fault my experience.
I use Neom products personally and love them.
I recommend them all the time to family, & work colleagues.🩷

I’ve bought NEOM candles before because…

I’ve bought NEOM candles before because they used to be excellent. The scent was strong, the quality felt premium, and the wooden wick gave it that distinctive crackle which really added to the experience. That’s exactly why I was happy to pay the higher price.

Unfortunately, the candle I bought recently for £50 was a big disappointment. The wick is no longer the wooden type and is now just a thin wick like you’d find in a cheap tealight candle. It feels like a major downgrade in quality.

Even worse, the scent throw is almost non-existent. When it’s burning you can barely smell anything in the room, which completely defeats the point of buying a luxury candle.

It honestly feels like costs have been cut while the price has stayed the same. The product simply doesn’t match the quality NEOM used to deliver. For something positioned as a premium candle, this version feels like something that should cost half the price.

I won’t be buying again. NEOM, it shouldn’t be all about profit. You had a great thing at the beginning, but now the reality has sunk in and the quality just isn’t there anymore.

I’m sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your recent candle purchase, particularly as you’ve previously enjoyed NEOM products.

Our candles are made using high quality natural wax and cotton wicks, along with carefully blended fragrances, and we take great pride in maintaining the quality of our products and the source of all of our ingredients.

I would like to clarify that NEOM candles have always used high quality cotton wicks. We have never used wooden wicks in our candle range, so it’s possible the candle you are remembering may have been from another brand and not NEOM.

Following your review, you also contacted our team directly and shared images of these particular candles. From these images we can see that all 3 of the candles have been burned fully to the end of their life. As we were not made aware of any concerns during use, we unfortunately did not have the opportunity to assess the candles while they were still in use.

That said, feedback about product performance is always taken seriously and has been shared with our wider team.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. They deliver very fast. I had to email Neom to correct the delivery address I had submitted (I got it wrong) and Georgia replied within 12 hours - polite friendly, and sorted it quickly. I was impressed. Thank you.

Do not purchase from this company…..
When products stop working they are not prepared to help. If you have a gift then you have no chance of any help.
The company is pretty expensive so you expect the product to last. My wife was given last year two for the house as birthday gifts. They haven’t lasted a year and when we approached Neom because we had no receipt as it was a gift they refused to help.
I have also purchased £201 worth of pops and a large defuser which is still working but no point were added to my account.

Customer service is not interested in sort out or helping.

Do not purchase from them or you will regret it within the year.

There may have been some miscommunication here, as we absolutely do help customers with gifted items. The only thing we usually ask for is proof of purchase or an order confirmation where possible, as this allows us to check the purchase date and confirm whether the item is still within our warranty period.

If proof of purchase isn’t available, we would check the batch code on the base of the unit to help determine its age. The only time we’re unable to assist is when the batch code shows that the product is significantly outside of the warranty period.

Regarding your NEOM points, these are usually applied when orders are placed through a registered account. It may simply be that the order was placed as a guest checkout or under a different email address, but we’d be very happy to look into this for you.

Please do email our Customer Care team at info@neomwellbeing.com with a few more details and we will gladly take another look at this for you.

Neom customer care

My order from Neom was damaged in transit and Yodel returned the parcel even before delivery. Laura at Neom got to the bottom of the reason for non-delivery the same day I queried it and processed a refund straightaway as a replacement wasn’t an option in this instance. Excellent customer care. Pity about the delivery company.

Problem with NEOM mini pod

I contacted NEOM when our mini pod, which we had only had 8 months, stopped working. We were given some tips on what we could try to rectify the problem and contacted them again when the problem persisted.
NEOM responded quickly to our emails and after satisfying themselves that our problem was genuine, offered us a replacement mini pod.
We found the communication and customer service excellent- couldn’t fault anything.
