Hello- I had a weird experience with Neom Cosy Nights Candle 3 wick . Never had this happen before and we love, love your candles. 2 out of the 3 wicks disappeared with about 2 inches of candle still... Toon meer

The fragrance of the oil is absolutely yummy! Lasts and lasts for ages.
The wellness pods are a brilliant idea- I have asthma and I have dogs, so conscious of not wanting a doggy smell in the house, but I can’t use plug ins because of my asthma.
I had to contact customer service about a small issue and they have been absolutely incredible!

I love neom, I purchase a lot of the products in fact I have placed an order today for a candle, bath foam and the new it’s all rosy oil. However my review is about my pod. It was purchased as a gift for me and I was very excited about it however I just don’t think it gives out the scent I expected. I have the medium size pod and whilst it originally smelt quite nice I never felt it filled the space as it should. Fast forward 12 months and I cannot smell it at all. I have gently cleaned (not using ANY cleaning products or harsh chemicals etc) and i’ve been sure to not break the small disc. I followed online guidelines to clean it and i’ve never used any products in it that are not official neom oils but still there is very little to no smell coming from it - as I write this my ‘bedtime hero’ is in the pod next to me and I can’t smell it unless I put my nose to the pod and get a faint whiff of it. I respect my product is out of warranty now so there’s very little I can do now but I am just deeply disappointed that a product that is so expensive to not only purchase but also expensive to use in terms of purchasing neom oils, is now not working after a short period of time in the grand scheme. I have had cheaper products in the past that actually worked so well, the neom was meant to be a nice treat and upgrade but i’m disappointed the pod is basically useless now. I am really not sure why it would stop working when i’ve cared for it as per neoms guidelines to the letter. Just an honest review for anyone considering investing - beautiful when it works but lacking longevity

After purchasing Neom bath foam as a gift, when opened we found the glass bottle was broken, where the thread meets the plastic cap had sheared away, causing a small amount of spillage but broken glass shards meant we couldn’t use the product. Breakages is sadly just an understandable part of an online delivery process, it happens, but after 5 attempts to contact customer services for a replacement, I have been met with silence each time. Twice, contacted by their online chat method, sending photos of the damage, twice more following up via their email method (again, sending photos) and lastly a phone call that doesn’t get answered.
Fully understand products can get damaged in packing or transport, but with zero response from customer services over a two month period (their website asked for a 2 week response time) I cannot recommend this business. Product looks good, but they need to manage their customer services better.

Outstanding customer service. I would advise emailing as I did struggle to get through by phone after my order went missing and the courier was extremely unhelpful. I had an initial reply the same day within an hour from Neom. The following day Leah in customer service emailed with apologies, refunded my delivery charge and re ordered my item for me to arrive the next day. It was so refreshing to be speaking to a real person and not a bot! I have ordered twice since with no issues at all. I adore the Neom products and find them particularly soothing with their spa like scents.

Lovely looking products, clearly described.
Easy to order online but, unfortunately I made an error and didn’t check carefully enough which resulted in the delivery address being incorrect. I immediately emailed Neom requesting a correction. The company emailed straight back to acknowledge receipt of request and later emailed to confirm correction had been made.
Product was delivered 2 days later well within 2-5 working day estimate.
Sent as a gift, recipient was delighted with product.
Will definitely use NEOM again.
