I was gifted a Neom gift card that had expired before I got the chance to use it. Although they weren’t technically required to honour it, their customer service team agreed to reactivate the balance after a short email exchange.
It was a straightforward process in the end, and I appreciated them making it possible for me to use the gift. The products are gorgeous, so I’m glad it I got to spend my gift card. Thank you.

We have been buying from Neom for some years now. A recent order that had been sent out had to be looked into due to issues with the delivery company. Customer Services could not have been more helpful, contacting the delivery company, keeping me updated etc. All was good in the end so top notch service, you can be assured that if an issue arises in some way it will be sorted out. Unfortunately our pod stopped working properly so I contacted the company and they were so good. I was asked to try a few things to see if it would rectify the problem. Non of these worked so they are sending me a new pod. Absolutely delighted

Excellent products. Love the perfect night sleep oil. Had a problem with my mini pod but customer service was fantastic. They quickly responded and replaced the faulty product very quickly. Highly commend Neom customer service and their products.

I was gifted a tube of body butter but the lid was broken. I reached out to Neom to try to get a new lid. They responded very quickly, and said they would send a replacement out.
I was shocked and delighted when a whole new tube of body butter arrived.

Absolutely love my diffuser! It looks gorgeous and fills the room with the most amazing, long-lasting scent without being overpowering. The fragrance is truly lovely and creates such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. On top of that, the customer service was excellent—friendly, helpful, and super efficient from start to finish. Love Neom candles - they all smell so divine. Customer service is also outstanding. When a recent order had a couple of items missing, customer service acted so promptly and they were shipped out again immediately. I would highly recommend and order with confidence.

Ordered a Calm Box and a shower gel, spending what I consider to be a substantial amount! Unfortunately, the shower gel was split at the top and leaked, losing product. I contacted customer service immediately upon receipt and informed them. Wow! Absolutely fantastic service, they dealt with my query immediately and advised they would ship a new one asap. Amazing customer service and the Advisor was brilliant, extremely efficient. I love NEOM products and this experience only added to me championing the company further! Would definitely recommend.
