The most amazing natural fragrance for…

The most amazing natural fragrance for my home. I love when people arrive and always comment on how lovely the scents are. I do like candles in the evening but reed diffusers give you that all day scent when you’re busy round the house, each scent makes me so happy! It’s more than a fragrance, with Neom it’s definitely a FEELING! Amazing customer service and fantastic staff who listen and help. Leah was particularly helpful with my issue. Love love love Neom.

Greta customer service

Love the magnesium products. They work wonders. Even bought some for my mum to try as she’s struggling to sleep more than an hour a night,
Unfortunately one of my items arrived damaged but Neom immediately sent a replacement. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Excellent Service

I had a delivery whereby an item had arrived damaged and had leaked. I contacted customer services straight away, Leah sorted it all out and a new delivery was sent out the same day and received the next day! Excellent service and Neom products speak for themselves, always fabulous!

I had a problem with placing my order…

I had a problem with placing my order and sent an email to Customer Service who replied immediately which was fantastic. I explained my problem and the assistance advised me on what to do and on how to do it which resulted in my being able to process the order. I was very impressed with the quick response and especially the help from the assistant.

Excellent customer service

I had reason to contact Neom over a lost parcel. In fact the parcel had been mislaid so no fault with courier but the quick response to solve my issue was excellent. I was even offered a replacement but I declined once I realised the parcel had been located. Excellent customer service 👏 👌

Neom are a really good company where…

Neom are a really good company where customer service is clearly very centric and valued. Having bought a portable diffuser I contacted them when it stopped charging for help. They went above and beyond, being supportive, kind, quick to respond and resulted in a replacement that came next day. No questions asked, no judgement, I felt my custom was valued and confident to buy from Neom in the future.

Thank you Flo

After my experience with Neom customer service, I really felt the need to share a review to say a huge thank you. As an older lady I find ringing companies incredibly difficult and most the time feel unheard. The lovely lady called Flo at Neom was patient, caring and incredibly kind. She helped me and stayed on the phone whilst I sorted an issue with my diffuser. Not only this but I don’t speak to many people day to day, I live alone and it can be lonely so having a chat with Flo and a lovely laugh made my day. You are a true credit to the company and I came off the phone smiling from ear to ear. A young lady who truly cared about me and the situation and wasn’t just fulfilling her job role. Thank you Flo

Overrated products

I love aromatherapy and wellness products I had previously tried a couple of the bath products but I wanted to try more.

As a Xmas present to myself I purchased The Sleepy Bestsellers Box and the Wellbeing Pen Discovery Set.

Out of these 2 gift sets there are only 2 products that I like - the bubble bath but the bubbles fade quickly and the candle but again it’s only lasted me roughly 25 hours which is less than the 35 hours Neom claims. It has a gorgeous scent but you need to leave it burn for a while to get your room smelling nice and the candle is extortionate to buy separately. There are cheaper alternatives.

The body milk is very thin and drying, it provides no moisture at all and the smell fades quickly. LUSH do a much nicer Lavender body cream. The oil boosts the smell of the bubble bath nicely but I wouldn’t repurchase.

The pillow spray is raved about but again the smell fades super quickly and I wasn’t getting much Lavender but I could smell like a musty, alcohol smell. It’s also tiny and a little does not go a long way.

As for the pen set- the tubes looked and felt half empty, the smells completely fade within about 15 minutes and the product is very difficult to get out of the tube and the rollers don’t move. The pouch is nice though.

I probably wouldn’t repurchase Neom products again as they are poor value for money, overrated and don’t last long.

I have tried a couple of the rollerballs and sprays from This Works and they smells last far longer, they are far better value for money, the lavender roll on still smells the next morning.

If you like wellbeing and aromatherapy there are better and cheaper products on the market than Neom.

Outstanding customer service

When unpacking the diffuser I broke one of the parts. I wrote to Neom asking how I order a replacement and they send me a free replacement with 24 hours. Customer service like this is so rare. Lovely product, exceptional customer service

Items returned without refund

I was gifted 3 x tiny essential oils at the value of £50... £50. They were returned using the correct returns label and info... no acknowledgement no refund no communication no response.

I have had the best customer service from Flo!

Flo assisted me step by step in identifying and resolving a problem with the mini pod diffuser that I purchased for my mother in law nearly a year ago.

No scent in 'scented wellbeing' candle

I had heard positive reviews of Neom about the lovely scents from their candles that are capable of spreading fragrance throughout your home, so I bought a Neom wellbeing candle from TK Maxx, thinking I was getting a very good bargain (50% price reduction) - only to find that this allegedly 'scented candle' had absolutely no scent at all. Presumably there had been a production issue and this is why it was reduced to £30 and being sold in TK Maxx - my complaint is could you not at least put a 'faulty' label on the products you send to TK Maxx so that the consumer would know they would be buying a defective product and in my case be paying £30 for a totally unscented candle? I am totally discouraged from ever trying Neom at full price now (just in case I get the same). Not a luxury product if it's faulty is it and you are paying such incredibly high prices for essentially a candle that would retail at £1.99 or less in Lidl or the like!!

NEOM candles sold through third-party retailers such as TK Maxx are genuine NEOM products; however, they may be from older collections, overstock, or discontinued ranges, which is why they’re offered at a reduced price. That said, they should still perform as expected, and we’re sorry to hear that this wasn’t the case for you.

Scent throw can sometimes be affected by factors such as burn time, room size, or placement, but a candle would never be completely unscented. We’d really like the opportunity to look into this further for you.

If you’re able to, please contact our customer care team directly via email info@neomwellbeing.com and provide us with the batch number from the base of the candle and your proof of purchase, and we’ll be happy to advise on next steps.
