This would be a 5 star rating, if the delivery company were better. Neom candles are first class, as are the lovely customer service team. I bought 3 large candles on offer, and Evri not only fail... Toon meer
Hello- I had a weird experience with Neom Cosy Nights Candle 3 wick . Never had this happen before and we love, love your candles. 2 out of the 3 wicks disappeared with about 2 inches of candle still... Toon meer

With Neom you pay for luxury and wellbeing and you end up stressed by cheap products that do not go through proper quality control. Prices have gone up 20% in 3 years on pods. Customer service is polite but it is shocking not to exchange a diffuser worth £70 that stopped working after 2 years. I will not buy from them again -luxury does last more than two years for me. And it does not come from Neom

I ordered a selection of mini oils but when they arrived, 2 of the oils were duplicated. I emailed NEOM who responded within minutes and are now sending me a full size 10ml bottle of the oil that was missing.

I received an order and one of the bottles had cracked. I rang customer services and spoke to Flo who was very helpful. I was told I would receive a replacement item with expediency. I immediately had an email informing me that the item was on its way to me. I was very impressed by the friendly and efficient service.

We bought my niece a pack of small sample pots from John Lewis and then a monetary e-voucher direct from the Neom website to allow her to go and buy a full size pot of whatever she liked best. On Christmas day, nightmare, checking she'd received the voucher it hadn't turned up! Looking at the order details I realised I'd mistyped her email address, d'oh. I got in touch with customer services, to ask what could be done, thinking that as entirely my error it would be ignored as tough luck or having an admin fee to cancel and reissue. Surprisingly the team got back to me straight away and reissued the voucher immediately without any problem. Consider me (and my niece) very satisfied customers. Also to note the scents themselves were lovely 😅

Have bought from Neom a few times over the years, never had a complaint until now. This Christmas they really dropped the ball. Twice.
Ordered a gift for my mother, on the basis it would arrive in time for Christmas. Unfortunately they dispatched the order 3 days later. And their courier "Finmile" is atrocious - evidenced by their 1.7 star rating on trustpilot.
Sad to see a company like Neom choose to partner with an incompetent and inept courier service. The products I ordered were the one thing my mum had asked for, and she was visiting on Christmas day. Well it didn't come.
Despite Finmile stating an "expected delivery date" - you wait all day, only for it to update to another day. Then another day.
I contacted Neom and complained. I was told the issue would be "investigated", that the complaint was being "escalated". In the meantime, as my mum had returned to her address, I decided to place a SECOND ORDER to be delivered directly to her address, hoping it would arrive in time for New Years at least. I really thought this might just be a one off bad case, and gave Neom another go. My mistake.
Days, maybe weeks later, I get an email from Neom asking to rate how well they resolved my query. I laughed, because they had never even contacted me after claiming they were "escalating". They honestly made me feel like they didn't care AT ALL.
The second order I placed on a Saturday at 9am, and again, not dispatched til the Tuesday afternoon. I am sure they dont operate on weekends, and didnt bother to scale up during the christmas period. Fear not though, they will offer you some pennies as compensation (see bottom of review).
Finmile again took a very long time to deliver the 2nd parcel. I think they have just 1 man doing the rounds across the whole of England. For days on end the tracking information showed it just sitting in the "warehouse". I was so excited for her to receive her gift, told her it was coming, and days would just keep passing.
Now the icing on the cake to all of this? The products finally arrive, in the £6 gift box I ordered, and my mum sent me a WhatsApp image of it, saying thank you. But in the image, the first thing I see is a dirty product in the box - a handcream tube stained with literal black smear marks all over it.
I was dismayed... they cant dispatch products on time, customer service are unresponsive, the courier takes forever to deliver and when it arrives its a dirty product??? Surely they have quality control measures in their warehouse when they are packaging items for shipment?? Or do they simply NOT CARE? If a customer has paid £6 for a gift box, with a personalised gift message, why on earth would you place a tattered dirty product in there??????
On the plus side, Neom finally got back to me with a resolution after asking for photographic evidence. They offered 10% off the hand cream as a refund.
That works out to £1.65.
No real explanation as to why they could get this 2nd order wrong even worse than the first time. No discount code. Ive never experienced anything like this from any other retailer. The offer to refund £1.65 felt like a slap in the face.
I got the message loud and clear Neom, you literally couldn't care less about your customers.
At the risk of sounding like a Karen I wrote this review and will top it off with this: I will never be buying from Neom again! Not that they care haha.
UPDATE: Took some time but they eventually got back to me with a 10% refund as well as £20 store credit. While it is appreciated, the whole experience really did dampen our Christmas.

I love Neom products and have purchased candles, diffusers and gift sets on many occasions due to the high quality and fragrance of products. The Sleep diffuser fragrance is my favourite.
I ordered an a diffuser prior to Christmas and unfortunately the item was stuck at the courier (Evri). After contacting Neom Customer Service, this was chased up but the item was not found. A replacement item was immediately dispatched via another courier (DPD) and it arrived swiftly.
The issue of parcels going missing at Evri seems a frequent occurence, not just with Neom but other companies too, therefore maybe Neom needs to consider utilising a different courier.

Emailed on boxing day as i lost a part from my pod I can’t believe I received a reply at 10pm on Boxing Day who said they would pass the email to the relevant person they emailed me the next day to say they would send me a replacement for my lost piece . When I received an order which had obviously been intercepted and tampered with over the Christmas period, the support that I received from customer services was exceptional. Within an hour of receiving my query they had responded and arranged a replacement package, even sending it via a different carrier to make sure it arrived safely. It arrived in a timely manner despite being a holiday week.
I love Neom products anyway, but this customer service just confirms what a fab company they are! Thank you!
